Got the correct part and the price was great

Was a bit late but no damages package was good and Quality part

Headlight was good quality

I have not received my order. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email but they are not getting back to me. I have contacted the courier company but they said my tracking number must be incorrect as they have delivered the order to a different customer at a different address. I am still awaiting a reply to my emails.

I liked the fact that Vendor had a phone number that you could call.

Order at your own risk. Found a radiator fan for an ix35 which matched the VIN details for my car. Rang to confirm that it would fit - confirming full details of the car and that it would fit a diesel engine as I knew they were different. They confirmed this. Ordered and delivered. Mechanic took old one out and they were different as the part was not for a diesel. Called to organise a refund for the part. They have been less than helpful arranging the refund. They won’t cover the cost of the mechanic but said they would cover the cost of return postage but have called to organise this over the last 2 weeks leaving messages daily with no responses. Poor customer service at its best.

Didn't ship it until I messaged them why it wasnt sent, just an automated reply. Needed the part urgently and still waiting.

Quick service and delivery tracking. Item was just as described at a great price.

Its simple really, stock online doesn't match actual stock in warehouse and you guys wasted my time. I could have bought these items through another retailer.

Refunded my money naturally but caused me delays and wasted my time. Pick up your game.
