I did not receive one of the items I ordered
Called twice and was told both times they would see about it and call me back. Never heard a word

Parts came fast and right parts the first time

We ordered 6 parts for an urgent oven door repair. Instead, we were shipped a temperature probe for an ice machine. Not helpful.

This company is unreachable by phone. They responded to emails eventually, usually in the middle of the night, after being informed that I was going to dispute the charge with our bank. And even then, instead of just giving us a refund for the parts they never sent us, or better yet sending us the parts we ordered and urgently needed, they sent us a return label to send them back their ice machine probe.

All in all it was a big waste of our time, and we had to go to our bank to get our money back. Order from someone reputable and don't waste your time with these guys.

Parts were correct, packed well and arrived on time. Only reason I used a 4 star was I have sent an email with questions for additional parts and no response for two weeks. Telephone number works but no answer . Otherwise I would have gave a 5 star

Fast ship, good price, well packed

Placed an order for a part that was listed as "in stock" and could be promptly shipped (3-5 days). Got prompt confirmation of the order and the charge to my card.....and waited. After a week, I called twice (no answer either time) and emailed (twice)....AND just today finally got an email that the part is NOT in stock and would take an additional 2-3 weeks to get to me......canceled the order and won't use these folks again.......nope......

no place to put PO#'s so when the part comes in i have to search the jobs to find out what part they ordered and if the parts from you match the order. This is a needed item to be added to ordering.

The part was perfect and arrived quickly.

They had the product I needed and shipped quickly for better price than others.

I placed a order on September 25 and still haven't received it. I've called several times but after the first call they said they had to check on it and never called back. It's funny the first time I called I got a answer on the second ring so I must be in a do not answer list now. Needless to say I lost a good customer because of this scam. Warning do not buy from this place

I order 2 items and only one was shipped to me and was charged for 2 and called and emailed but no one replied nor answered the phone

Great pricing for products and everything item has worked perfectly but the app is still broken and won't let me order. Have had to order through email which is kind of a hassle.
