Better price, good service but just need fast shipping

The part description is accurate and the part is of high quality, great price, fits properly and fixed the problem. Packaging was excellent and the part was shipped quickly.

Thhe items were exactly what I expected.

I ordered a part for my ice maker April 1st and still not here I canceled it will never order another thing from them

It's been two weeks since I made my order, it's already paid for and it still tells me that my part is processing. I called customer service and they told me they would call me back, and they haven't. If you are going to make a purchase in this company please do not do it or you will lose your money and time.

The unfortunate thing about transaction with your company is that I checked the in stock and ordered it, it is very unfortunate that it often becomes national stock. I am ordering parts because I want to receive them as soon as possible, but in this case, it is very embarrassing. I want to try to eliminate these cases.

We have purchased from Parts FPS before. For this purchase we found a part that worked just as well as the original at a much more economical price. Shipping was super fast and we had a follow up personal call to make sure everything was delivered and in good condition. Excellent customer service.

Product was shipped out, received in very good time. A problem or fault with the part will need further commenting on how that was handled.

Everything I have ordered from this company is EXACTLY as I needed and EXACTLY what was described on the website. The prices are more than fair and very comparable to competitors; in most cases, better than others. Delivery times are more than exceptional. I will continue to used this company!

It was quite unfair to me that due to an order error they have charged me $82 dollars, I have bought from them before and as a customer I was not given the opportunity to have an error, so I no longer reorder the part I need

When I messaged then I get no exchange and inadequate communication …

No numbers to contact for support so guess I’ll be eating this purchase

Had the part we needed to fix our oven in our restaurant, shipping was good, we did 2 day and arrived on time. Communication was good from the time I entered the order and then tracking info as to when to expect it.
