Lots of parts with cheaper prices, but hope you don't get a defective part out of the box. I got a bad thermostat for a fryer. I called Parts FPS to report the bad part. The guy on the phone was rude and told me returns for any reason have to be done online. I did as he asked and still no part or any word. I call again to ask about getting the bad part replaced and the man on the phone said I will get an e-mail about the part and to wait for e-mail. I had to order another thermostat to be able to finish the repair for my customer. I still have had no word from Parts FPS on getting a good part for the money I paid for it. The second one I ordered works proper and my customer is happy. I however am not happy with the service I have received and will not be ordering anything else from Parts FPS. I buy a lot of parts since I have a repair business and getting bad ones comes with the job. Service after the sell? Lacking!!!

I won't bore you with the details as it's very similar to most of the other negative reviews. In short, paid a steep overnight shipping fee and received item 4 days later, gave me the runaround until they stopped communication completely.

The part I needed was in stock and speed of service to get my piece of equipment back in operation for the Restaurant.

I purchased an item from partsfps. I never received a confirmation email or any indication that the purchase was accepted. The part arrived fine. My office needed an invoice of the transaction. I have called and emailed several times. I spoke to a person on the phone who only says he will call back and that never happens. The emails were not responded to. Poor organization, poor customer service. I regret choosing to do business with this company.

I was thankful they had a part to my 1950s Hamilton Beach juicer. Thanks for being in business. I worked like a champ!

I place an order on 2/24/23 receive order # and credit card was charged, here we are 3/3/23 seven days late no parts, no tracking number nothing they have two phone numbers listed but both phone numbers failed so I end up phone my credit card company to file an dispute. do not do business with this company as you can see many bad reviews, wish known about this before i place the order. will not be doing anymore business with this company.

I ordered 6 items but only received 2. The invoice showed it was fulfilled in full. When I emailed the company, I was then told the rest of my order was on a national back order. That should have been disclosed when I placed the order or, at very least, it should have been disclosed on the invoice.
I'm very disappointed.

Worst Company. Waste of my money. They do not even respond to my emails. And when they did they were rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time and money please!

If there was an option to not give a star, I wouldn't have given them 1 star. This company is a scam. I do not even think that this is a legitimate company. The first time that I ordered from Partsfps, I made a large purchase. Right away they send me an invoice and order receipt. After three days they send me a very simple, not professional email saying that some of the items that I purchased are not in stock and that I will need to wait 3-4 WEEKS to get them on stock. I replied and because I needed the items, I said that I will wait.
Today, after making another purchase a week ago, I received my package with missing items. I immediately contact costumer service with questions and concerns about my package and without any explanation and any apologies or answers to my questions they send me a return label and I was said to return the items. Very rude, with non-respect towards me and my time. In all emails there is no name, no phone number and I do not even know who I am communicating with. This is ridiculous. I am ordering restaurant equipment from many companies, and I have NEVER experienced something like this before.
Very disappointed and I will definitely not order from this company again.

It’s very hard to get some one on the phone to address issues with shippment and orders were I got two items and missing some items with no idea when the parts are shipping.

the guy who answer the phone. really rude attitude.
