I requested a refund in January. I sent back my item in February and awaited my refund. After numerous emails they still did not issue me my refund. I got notification today that they issued my refund finally after three months, but to the wrong card and now they refuse to give me my proper refund.

Love the fit and finish of the products. And the packaging. Personal note is a nice gestures. Express shipping works like a charm!

purchased this watch as a gift to myself after working hard, so I was really excited to receiving it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the quality did not meet my expectations. The bracelet was too small, and the watch itself was too large for my wrist, which was disappointing.
The most frustrating part of the experience has been the delay in customer service—I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to hear back regarding a return or exchange, which made the process stressful.
While Molly has since been helpful and is willing to assist me through the process, I am still currently waiting to send my watch back for an exchange for a new one or a refund

While I would agree with most that the customer service is a bit delayed via email, all you have to do is CALL.

I reached someone right away & they were very helpful. They even covered the cost of shipping for my return.

The reason it takes so long to receive product is because it is made to order for most of the jewelry. I kinda like it! Alot of people leaving reviews need to have to patience! Good things come with time 😁

There was a small hiccup with my order, but customer service handled it very professionally. They responded quickly, looked into the situation, and resolved it without hassle.

From start to finish, my whole experience with Pascal has been nothing but great. The ordering was easy. I needed to exchange my chain for a longer length and the amazing customer service team was very prompt and professional with guiding me through that easy process. They have already got my new ordered on the way and made this process very seamless. I would def recommend Pascal to anyone wanting a great piece of jewelry while receiving great customer support.

I did have to follow up often on my replacement order. Outside of that, the design is nice and the initial order arrived on time.

I bought the Paradoxe watch online for my girlfriend for her birthday. It looks cheap when arrive and while Pascal claimed that all their "lab-grown" diamonds were verified through IGI report, but I received no physical or digital report was attached to the product when arrived to me or provided to me when I emailed them about it. They keep dodging that specific question. Also the address in their Terms of Service was different from their Contact page. They claimed to be US based in California, but product was shipped from China and charge to my credit card was in Hong Kong
Edit: So they emailed me a IGI report #13J795242601 but without a serial number on both the watch and in the report, so basically using 1 report for 1 real product and mass produce fake watches.

I ordered a gorgeous ring for my other half but struggled with ring size conversion. I’m not very metal or ring savvy and thought I’d be okay to get it stretched but couldn’t, currently going through getting it exchanged for bigger size

Sharing an updated review to call out the dishonesty in customer services response to my previous negative review.

They have not provided a solution whatsoever. The last email was from me to Pascal clarifying that I did NOT cancel my order. Either Pascal or the courier cancelled it without an explanation still: almost a week later!

I have received no response to my latest email referenced above—neither have I received a refund or explanation for why it was cancelled.

I am hundreds of pounds down, haven't received the product or refund, and have been left in the dark. For a month!

AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS! It's a massive scam.
