I ordered my husbands wedding band and it was beautiful! He loved it. Came much earlier than expected and was packaged well.

Ordered a watch for my husband, showed our daughter after I placed the order. She wanted one too, so I placed a second order. My husband watch arrived but it's too small for him. Our daughter tried it on and it fits her . I got it engraved so I wasn't able to return it (it's too nice to return), my daughter kept it.
I contacted cs and Molly was the BEST! She helped me to cancel the second order because it wasn't shipped yet. Communication was exceptional!
The watch is BEAUTIFUL. My daughter have been wearing it everyday!!!

Let me start from the website, the interface is end-users friendly, I was able to navigate through until I settled for what I wanted. When I received my item, it was beautiful as is, no gimmicks but it wasn’t a right fit which made me contacted customer support and I got an incredible assistance.
