Custom = long wait times
Order was very delayed, 2 months long and not as expected. Diamond were custom so I understand. Customer service took a few days but very easy to talk to and quick to respond and provide resolution.

There was a mixup in the watch i chose and ordered. They went out their way and corrected it for me in a timely manner. I sent them a email late at night and the next morning they responded to me. I’m grateful my husband Father’s Day gift will get here on time and it’s the correct one that I wanted for him.

I had sent a link to my husband of the watch I wanted for Mother's Day, but it turns out I sent the wrong link! Although the one he ordered was gorgeous, Pascal customer service was amazing at letting me exchange it for the one I wanted AND they didn't tell my husband about my mistake! I'm so excited to get my new watch!

My experience was very positive, and the customer service was prompt and satisfactory. I did not receive my original order, but when I contacted customer support, they responded quickly, resolved the issue, and immediately resent my order, which I have now received.
The watch is beautiful, exactly as advertised, and it looks very elegant. I am very pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service.
