Useless to find a VBA Project password
Warning: do not use this service if you're looking to find a lost password on a VBA Project. They cannot find it, despite their website pricing indicating they can. I paid the fee (£31.95) only to find that they can only remove such a password. They will only find a password to open a file. Not recommended at all.
There clearly is not enough effort made to clearly inform what this website can and can't do. I find this lacks integrity - it's deceptive and dishonest.
RESPONDING TO THE REPLY: the info on the website is contradictory. On the pricing page, it indicates £15.95 to remove a password and £31.95 to find a password. It seems to be deliberately deceptive and confusing.
UPDATE: to their credit, my payment was eventually refunded, and they've changed the wording on their website to make it a little clearer what can and can't be done, which I appreciate. Looks like TrustPilot works, and fulfils a useful function.

However, since you didn't need that password, we can refund half the license key - the rest is used to cover the price of the server time spent on cracking your file.
We also would like to thank you for your feedback. You are correct - we can only remove VBA passwords and our intent is to clearly inform our users, not to deceive anyone. Initially, I tried demo for Password-find for free and it gave me the demo-file, so I was sure that the file could be unprotected before I buy the license. Just in $20 I get lifetime license key and now I can unprotected my unlimited MS Office files. I assure you, password removal process is very fast and reliable. Regarding the price of our services: in most cases password can be removed from the document without finding it, which costs $19.95 for 10 documents or less than $2 per document.
However, sometimes it's impossible to remove password and you had to find it. In order to do it you rent a powerful supercomputer for $40 per day. That is why our Find license costs $39.95 for finding one password.
Extra $8.39 you paid is a value-added tax.
As a regular customer you can use the link in your confirmation email to buy our Find license half-priced if you need to recover another password.

Password-Find worked excellently in removing passwords, but I decided to discover what the password was that I used many years ago on several Word documents. So I purchased the more expensive 'find password' service and it revealed one of my passwords pretty much instantly. I then found that the same password opened several other documents that I'd protected around the same time and that saved me using up my entire 'remove password' allowance. Great service!
