password-find saved me...
I wanted to access one of my excel file which was password protected. I could not recollect the password as I hadn't accessed it for 6-7 months. Password-find saved me. They have an online recovery tool apart from their software. so you don't need to download any software. it didn't take more than 3 minutes to remove my password protection. also, the customer support is really good.

This one worked
This one worked. After attempting to crack the password of an excel file using 3 other software programs (Passper for Excel, iSunshare Excel Password Genius, iiSeePassword Dr.Excel (Basic). One of them ran on my computer for more than 30 hours, the other two for more than 10 hours. Finally this one worked.

It works! They have a wonderful service!
In the first moment the automatic password recovery operation failed. After requesting a second chance, I asked for a solution and they offered me to try to recover my password manually...and it worked, It was wonderfull, they spared me a lot of extra work.

Scary and dubious!
Today I wanted to buy a licence key from this website.
They offer an online service to remove passwords from word documents. I needed this service so I paid about 20 USD via credit card. Right after that it just said on the website "your order is being processed" instead of displaying the licence key and letting me use the product. Then I received an email from PayProGlobal that I should send them my phonenumber in order for my order to be completed.
There was no emailaddress, so I had to call this company and was forced to give them my phonenumber! They then called me back to check the validity of my phonenumber and only after that I got the licence key via email to the product I had already purchased!! The licence key then worked but I found the whole process very dubios, scary and looking like scam. I wonder what they do with my phonenumber? Identity theft? Luckily it wasn't my real phonenumber and I will get my credit card changed!
I will never do business with them again and would anyone advise to choose another company for password removal!
