Further to below, the watch received was running a little fast, Steve swiftly took action to send me a postage label to return the watch, had his watchmaker address the issue within the day and posted back to me after monitoring the watch for another couple of days. Brilliant service all around, cannot fault it.

Excellent communication with Steve pre purchase. Next day delivery and watch in excellent condition, well packaged and with a handwritten thank you note which was a nice touch. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I recently purchased an Omega from Steve and I have to say, the condition is outstanding as is the service, I see why there is 5-stars. I would go as far as saying the watch looks almost brand new, considering it's 50+ years old, the polishing of it has come up amazing.

The in-house watch maker confirmed authenticity which is a massive peace of mind, and I believe all parts of this Omega are original, apart from the strap so it's a real piece of history.

Keep up the awesome work Steve/Team - I'd definitely purchase again from past2present.

Brought a watch for my wedding day, a beautiful 1974 gold cap Grand Seiko. Additional photos were sent when requested, in addition to a nice discount. They even sent an additional watch strap and watch roll which was unexpected. Will definitely deal with these guys again.

Nice service, friendly pre purchase correspondence and pragmatic friendly reassurances on authenticity and returns policy if was unhappy or unconvinced. Watch arrived exactly as described and for good measure, had it informally checked over at a local jewellers and it got the thumbs up.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when buying a watch. From the first enquiry about the 1968 Seiko Bellmatic for sale through to receiving the watch the customer service was fantastic. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable support, which was exactly what I needed when buying my first vintage watch.

I was also blown away by what I received. The watch itself was stunning and in way better condition than what I was expecting. However the icing on the cake was what accompanied the watch - from the thank you note to the warranty card, the watch case and the additional strap, the experience was akin to buying a brand new and much more expensive watch. Nice website with very well photographed and described watches, but the actual condition far exceeded my expectations, when I received my watch. The delivery, packaging and ordering process were all excellent.
It is sometimes difficult to find a trustworthy seller online, but Past2Present Watches are excellent, and I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on their stock, and making another purchase before long.

I've now had four watched serviced here, and bought another. In every case I've been delighted with the standard of work and communication.
