The cactus I've ordered had about 6 to 7 stems in the picture supplied by Patch on the web, all at different heights. That's what I liked, so I ordered one. The one I receiveded had only 3 which is disappointing for the money paid. Delivery was fast but I will not order from this company again.

today the plant arrived like dog dinner! soil all over the flower. the flower ripped.
I took photo and sent it to the company to see if they will rectified it.

Excellent service, beautiful plants! Patch delivered to us two wonderful condition and a perfect size snake plants and with the detailed care instructions which we found very helpful. Their website is informative and bright, accurate and easy to navigate, easy to order.

Amazing plants in good condition

I have received a gift of plants for Mother's Day...and they have been poorly packed or transported wrong side up. Two plants were out of their pots and all were extremely dry. I spent a long time repotting and clearing up all the spilt soil from the box.
I contacted the company via "live chat" as no telephone number to have a proper conversation. I was offered very poor recompense, but choose 20% refund to my son's account. Needless to say both my son and I were disappointed with this customer service. I did take photographs.

I bought a small pot of pothos from them. To begin with, the condition it arrived in was a disaster. Long branches and leaves with very crowded roots in a plastic pot with no hole under it. I had to trim quite a bit and drill a hole in the pot to restore it to a decent condition. Still the crowded roots are causing problems for the plant, preventing it to have a healthy growth; consistent yellow leaves; new leaves half black; clear indication of uneven nutrition. I don't need to bother describing more details as it's quite clear that the item was picked from a corner of a storehouse and delivered without restoring it to a decent condition first

Advice: Put some effort in the actual quality, instead of putting nice photos in your webpage

I ordered two plants, Frick and Mick, from Patch, together with two large ornamental vases. The two vases arrived packaged in a way that they would successfully deal with a ten storey drop from a house which was brilliant. It took the best part of 15 minutes to unpack them, they were so well protected. One of the plants, however, had dislodged during transit and became slightly crushed in the cardboard box. I emailed Patch and received a mail back from Klem who straight away offered a replacement for the plant together with apologies, which was great. Very happy with my experience and will purchase again.

Ordered a ‘Big Ken’ kentia fern and it arrived a day later, packed so so well and no damage at all. Beautiful fern, definitely been grown with care. Really happy with the experience and can’t wait to buy more in the future

I originally left a negative review because the plant I received came with fungus gnats, which caused a lot of flies in my home. I ended up spending extra money on traps and nematodes to deal with the issue.

However, after leaving the review the customer service team contacted me and handled the situation very kindly. Even though the order was outside the 30-day return window, they still offered a refund, which I really appreciated.

The plant selection and website are great, and I’m grateful for the helpful customer support. I’m updating my review to reflect that positive experience. I do hope that plants are checked carefully for pests before shipping to avoid this issue in the future.

I ordered a snake plant which arrived the following day which was a little surprising and I’d gone away as I never expected such a speedy turnaround. It was ok though as my neighbour took it in until I arrived back. I’m super happy with the health and size of the plant, it’s stunning.

The choice of available plants is fantastic and the information provided is informative especially if you have pets

I recently ordered five plants from Patch. While two arrived with some minor leaf damage and one had a few fungus gnats, I understand this can happen when plants are grown in close proximity.
What really impressed me was the customer service. The representative I spoke with was lovely; she immediately arranged a replacement for one plant and offered me a choice of a replacement or a partial refund for the other. Since the second plant will eventually grow out of its damage, I opted for the refund.
The process was incredibly easy, and the replacement plant arrived in less than 24 hours! A shout-out to the DPD driver as well for handling the boxes with care. I’ll definitely be shopping with Patch again.
