Loving the green shoots
I love the 2 plants I ordered they’re so cheerful I talk to them how they seem to be settling in and they are a perfect addition I have recently moved all my plants out of the kitchen where the 2 new ones are and it’s so nice to have this burst of green there again

Lovely coffee plant
I ordered a coffee plant; it arrived promptly, safely and securely packaged. I would have given it 5 stars for quality, except that a few leaves appeared scorched at the tips. I doubt this was from the recent hot weather - it wasn't consistent across the plant - but maybe from some shock in transit. Apart from this, the plant looks very healthy, and I'm sure it will recover well.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with the way the plants were delivered. They arrived really squashed, and even the one plant (money plant - sunset) had damaged leaves that had fallen off. Overall, somewhat underwhelmed and I doubt I would purchase from houseplant.co.uk again.

We really appreciate this honest feedback here Gordon, and we're incredibly sorry that your fresh friends arrived a bit squashed! We'll be sure to pass your message along to our packaging team for review + adjustments ahead, and in the meantime if it helps, your Button Fern should work to expand and spread out again once acclimatised, and any fallen bits on your Sunset will just need popping back into the soil where most then reroot, reanchor and continue thriving cheerfully. For the latter, Sunsets (Crassula) can sadly be quite prone to some foliage loss when moving environments as they have very small root structures, but they're incredibly resilient, happy plants overall! 😊

Plant was fairly expensive for its size…
Plant was fairly expensive for its size and when it arrived several of the individual vines had broken off. The plant was well wrapped so it would appear these broke while wrapping or unwrapping.

Expensive pots
The plants I ordered are healthy and very good quality. They were well packed and delivered super fast. Although it's great to be able to choose a pot with the plant, I think the pots are good quality but expensive. I bought a coffee plant with a pot and after only a month later I am having to repot it, making the plant pot redundant. Just bear that in mind, you can buy decent pots cheaper on Amazon.
