Poor value for money
Poor value for money. 60% of the plants were dead within a month. Despite being quite experienced with the plants in question as well as following the care instructions to the letter, the remaining 2 plants are not in great health. Quite pricey for such poor quality.

Amazing quality and packing as usual
Just had my fifth delivery and as usual the plants arrived in a couple of days is fantastic condition. The packaging is by far the best of any suppliers we’ve used. Also this time great service from customer support as I had put the wrong delivery address on the order. A quick email, even though it was weekend, got a very fast response and my error was corrected.

Lots of cling film round the pot and…
Lots of cling film round the pot and plant.Had difficulty getting it off and lost quite a few of the "pearls'. Other plant wrapped the same. I understand this is for transporting purposes. Time will tell the longevity of these plamts. Good delivery.

We're so sorry to hear this! If this is your latest not-in-flower Cambria Orchid, rest assured it's normal for them to arrive looking a bit bare as they've recently finished up on their bloom cycle, and also natural for leaves to turn yellow as part of their internal energy redistribution. This can be a bit concerning for new growers, but overall is just part of their fascinating dormancy stage!

Slightly disappointed
While the order & delivery was slick, I must say I was a little disappointed with what I received. Having paid significantly more for a moth orchid plant than those for sale at my local garden centre, what I received was rather florally sparse !

Slightly disappointed
Not going to lie, I am slightly disappointed.
I bought the orchid, the delivery was quick, packaging was great, the plant arrived safely, I received frequent updates, great experience here.
The downside is that unfortunately the plant itself looked a bit worn. Some flowers were damaged and ripped, but I’d be fine with that. The thing that disappointed me was spider mites. It was infected with pests, so currently it’s on quarantine, hopefully it will survive but it is struggling:(
I did buy spider mite spray from them too because I suspected this might happen. It does often happen with store purchased plants in general, but I was still hoping it’d be different this time, especially considering it wasn’t cheap at all.

No Plant Labels!
I bought several varieties of Orchids before from this company.
They would have got 5 stars but the last delivery I had was of 2 different types of Zygopetalums not in bloom, so that made plants much cheaper to buy, but it would have been nice to have had them labelled which was which as the flowers are different colours and one of them needs slightly different growing conditions.
So I haven’t a clue!
*EDIT* after a reply from House plant, I send my apologies, got my phone to have ago at scanning QR code on plant pot then spotted specific names of Zygopetalums underneath, should have gone to spec savers
So definitely 5 STAR rating from me, plants purchased even in bloom are very carefully and beautifully packaged.
