10/10 customer service
I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic customer service i recieved very recently. I made an order as a gift and accidentally put the wrong address on the postage. I realised in the afternoon the next day, got in touch and they changed the address for me. I'm very grateful the team were able to amend my mistake. Many thanks!

Theres plenty of choice
Theres plenty of choice , somehow I'd managed to order twice . Delivered before expected , and left in safe space ,plants were dry on arrival and 2 of the plants have died

Delivery was really quick but the way…
Delivery was really quick but the way the plants were packaged was disappointing. The prayer plant seems to have suffered in transit and needed securing to a support straight away as really leaning, hoping it will be ok with some TLC. I have ordered before with no issues so was a bit disappointed really.

I very much like houseplants indoor plants. Every now and then I make a purchase from them. When I order from HousePlants my plants come in well and truly good packaging. The plant (s) securely protected from knocks and bumps on its journey to its new home. I always like the plant(s) that I order, I even sometimes order plant pots to put my newly ordered plant into.

Not the best.
Have bought two plants from here, one was listed as miltoniopsis but is infact a hybrid, evident by the two leaves off the top of the pseudobulb. It needed repotting but the roots were surprisingly not bad considering the snails I found (amongst other bugs) and I have found it to be resilient so far without even needing to go in the cooler like the other cool growers I have. Probably due to the hybrid ancestry, I don't mind it. If you are just looking for a pretty plant then great, just a repot and good care and it will rebloom each year. I then ordered a yellow Nelly Isler, a rather fussy orchid as it is due to the miltoniopsis ancestry (these are cloud forest plants and cannot tolerate prolonged heat and low humidity or media drying out). The plant was already very dehydrated with wrinkled pseudobulbs despite media being soaking wet. Mind you the media had completely broken down, didn't find any bugs this time though. I unpotted the orchid and every root was dead, as I suspected, all mush. If your orchid is looking dehydrated despite watering, check your roots, they are likely rotten. Currently nursing the Nelly Isler, hopefully it pulls through, but it has no new growth currently to push out new roots, everything with orchids happens very slowly, only time will tell. Won't be returning for the foreseeable, the miltoniopsis hybrid was ok, nothing unmanageable. The nelly isler absolutely visibly not fit for sale before being packed. Best I stick with dedicated orchid nurseries I think.

Really quick delivery
Really quick delivery, ensuring that the plants (lucky bamboos) were fresh. Each bamboo had an individual water boot, which is the first time that I've seen this. Overall, a very happy customer.
