I've bought from this company a few times and never had a problem, plants come well packaged, they always seem to grow well too so never had to send anything back....they arrived quickly too 🙂

Very happy 1st time customer
I purchased 3 plants and I was super impressed with the whole process. Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. My new plants were well packaged and arrived in great condition. They've settled into their new home well and are already growing new leaves. I will be returning for more plants in the very near future.

Poor quality orchid
Sadly the flowers all fell off the orchid within less than 1 week. Looked nice on arrival but very dissapointing. I've had orchids from other places in flower for many months so it's a real shame.

The coffee plant was a con
The coffee plant I purchased was not one plant of a reasonable size, but a group of seedlings. It’s a con, and very disappointing.

Just like each individual coffee bean, our coffee plants are sold as young, multi-stem plants. The product photos reflect this. All of the coffee plants provided by the growers are designed to grow on and fill out over time rather than arrive as a single, large established specimen. Unfortunately these aren't available with any grow supplier.

Damaged sausage spurge
One of the plants i purchased was damaged by the time it got to me. I emailed customer services to let then know I would like either a partial refund or exchange but I have not had any response.
Delivery was very swift.

Didn't receive my plant as DPD courier…
Didn't receive my plant as DPD courier firstly didn't show up on the designated day/time and then when they finally did deliver, they delivered to the wrong address, even leaving photo evidence. Pretty shambolic really.

terrible conditions of plants
Ordered 3 pots of flowers and only one arrived in good condition.
The lavander died after 3 days and in fact the refund me. The daisies arrived with three flowers burned from the sun and they refund 25% because the plant could have been saved and I am still trying. VERY DISAPPOINTED it’s not the first time I order plants and flowers online but it was the first time I experienced something like this.

Fault free experience
I have ordered quite a lot of plants from you over the last year and have never been disappointed. Every plant has arrived very quickly in perfect condition and very well packaged. So far all but one plant have flourished and it now takes me a longish time to look after them all -especially during this heat wave. Anyway they’re giving me much pleasure and have been admired by visitors. I appreciate the clear care instructions and I like the variety you offer.
