A large selection of plants and pots at great prices. Add to that quick delivery and you have great reasons to shop at Patch Plants. Then the plants are organised into how easy to look after, we went for the “unkillable”, thats what we needed. Just add to those comments the following, we made a mistake in our order, entirely our fault and in rode Klem at Patch Plants and everything was fixed. So, great plants, good prices, fast delivery AND great customer service, why go anywhere else? Thanks to everyone at Patch Plants.

Quick delivery, everything looked in great condition, packed well and had clear instructions

They used to be a small beautiful company. But nowadays they don’t do their own deliveries, don’t have phone contact, and several of the plants I’ve recently had from them have not been in great condition. Worst of all, they got my address wrong for my last delivery and DPD had it down as delivery refused. I’m still waiting for Patch to bother to reply to my email, but whether or not they offer me a refund, I won’t be buying from them or recommending them ever again.

It is obvious that the plants you buy from Patch have been grown with passion and care. They always arrive in great condition due to them being packaged with care and attention. All plants come with helpful care tips and even access to Plant Doctors if you want them. Wonderful business!

You see how good a company is when things don’t go to plan - and in my experience, Patch comes out on top. I’ve ordered from the company before and my plants have always arrived in tip-top condition, but this time two of them were out of the pot, with soil strewn all over the box and some stems damaged. Clearly, this occurred during transportation - but I contacted Patch and their response was brilliant, acting swiftly to understand what had happened and offer redress. And with that, they definitely have a repeat customer in me!

I'd not considered ordering pot plants online before, but the website looked promising, and had exactly the varieties I was looking for. The order was promptly delivered, and the plants are really nice quality, and a good size. They look lovely dotted around our house!

I ordered two orchids from Patch, and they arrived in good condition, well protected by the packaging (unlike a lot of plants I've received through the post in the past). The customer services team team were really helpful and very responsive when I had a query about my order.
