Pathrise’s strength is their mentors they have. They are well versed in the process required to land a role in tech.

Definitely use the two week free trial to see if the program is for you. They don’t hold back great advice or instructions during the trial. Even if you decide not to move forward, you still get valuable information.

My mentors and coaches really helped. I loved being able to set appointments with them on demand. My career coach was amazing. She gave me so much Greta advice on how to interview, write cover letters, and tailor my resume to each job.

My industry mentor was equally as great. He really helped me know what subjects I needed to brush up on, what would likely be asked in an interview, and how to create my personal brand.

They do have an income share agreement with different percentages based on the tier of support you choose. You pay nothing up front and only start paying once you get a job.
It is a bit expensive and you do have to put in the work. I would definitely recommend Pathrise if you have the will, commitment, and can afford it.

Just joined the program! On boarding was very smooth and the program is explained well from the beginning. The resources on the platform seems promising, will need more time to explore

First and foremost there was care at the root of each and every person I spoke to in the program. I sincerely appreciated that!

When care is at the root of an organization (as I feel is with Pathrise) the outcomes will include success and or clarity routing clients in their career journey.

It's hard to pin down one thing, but I'll start with what came first. The advice on online applications is incredible, and may be needed everywhere. I noticed a dramatic improvement, from no responses (not even rejections) before Pathrise, to getting a responses on about half of applications, and months-long stretches of new requests for interviews every week.

The weekly meetings were great setups for staying on top of what can be a crazy process overall, and kudos to the Pathrise team -- and Connor Bradley in particular -- for never losing hope, even for that one stretch in October where I was pretty discouraged. Connor was amazing!

I joined Pathrise last summer and what I loved from the start was my career mentor enthusiasm, empathy, and knowledge. Pathrise mentors offer array of knowledge not only from different industry experiences but from different perspectives within the hiring process. The mentors actively seek to help fellows in the ways that work both for us. Thanks to the mentors and tools at Pathrise, I’ve gotten a lot of interviews since joining the program and I know that job offer is on it way. Pathrise is always listening to their fellows and mentors to enhance the programs offers and effectiveness.

My experience with Pathrise has been an extremely positive one. All of the mentors that I've been in contact with have been knowledgeable, helpful, and surprisingly quick to supply feedback and comments. I appreciate their ongoing willingness to work for my schedule, which can be quite hectic at times; this is the main factor that led me to stay with Pathrise. The specifics of how their income share agreements work mean that they really have your best interest at heart, and they make that known.

This company is a complete fraud. They don’t have a company number and when they call you it’s always blocked. Then what else is crazy is that they tried to charge me for something that they said they would do, but they had me do.

So far so good, streamlined process, everyone has had a great attitude so far, we have not found anything yet but im confident we will because of all the conversations Ive had with the pathrise team.

So far the experience has been good and meets expectations. Meeting with mentors, and coaches have been insightful, and helpful on many levels.

At first glance I thought it was too good to be true but after doing some deep diving and researching about the program I decided to give it a shot. I can honestly say that this might be the best decision I have ever made in my life! Prior to pathrise I had been hearing from colleagues of mines how promising and lucrative the tech industry was and due to my preferred lifestyle I favored that most positions are remote. Once I did a little more research I ultimately felt under qualified and ignorant on how to even break into the industry. This is when a single google search led me down a rabbit hole to pathrise. I can honestly say that initially it felt weird to agree to someone taking money out of my check after graduating from a program but after seeing the increase in value and compensation it would bring that number seemed like pennies. Pathrise is full of so much value and information that is literally difficult to fail if used properly. One important thing is to be proactive. It is not a sign up only program. You have to be dedicated and work on implementing the things that you learn. If you are lazy and just want to get a job in tech handed to you THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! but on the contrast if you are a determined person but just lacking the knowledge and professional tips to get you to stand out from the crowd of applicants then THIS IS FOR YOU! I was in the program from September 2022 until January 2023 and then i received my first tech offer for SDR in which I accepted. Key takeaway, treat this like an investment opportunity that you know will pay off and it will.

The training and all the mentors are fantastic. Extremely helpful for setting up interviews and how to handle most all the processes of the new job hunt process. It is very beneficial to be able to speak with the industry mentors to get great insight in your particular field. My only complaint is the pricing. The amount of income share is a bit higher than I believe is worth, 2-3 hours a week of involvement costs almost $20,000

I feel like this was supposed to be a faster process but. I love how involved my mentor is. Everything has been so user friendly and everyone is super helpful.

Working with career advisors and mentors has been knowledgeable. From shrinking a 2.5 page resume to 1 page without loosing content value.

The matrix assessment will help pin point what needs to be said during an interview and how to say it.

The above items has renewed my confidence in the job market and I am hoping to land my dream job soon.

Some of the one-on-ones I had with the experts were helpful & motivating. Others were just vent sessions & ended up not serving any other purpose. Over a month into the program & Pathrise still had not applied for jobs on my behalf as promised; I was in the highest tier program. Although I applied for numerous jobs using tactics I learned, I got zero interviews. Emails requesting assistance were not answered for days. The Chief of Staff finally got in touch with Operations & they let me exit the program without a fee due to Pathrise being "unable to provide [me] with the level of support [I] need and deserve." A representative from Customer Operations also stated that part of their process to fulfill their mission of being "the world's best career agency..." "unfortunately means scrutinizing [their] operations and recognizing when [their] program is unable to meet a career seeker’s needs." The way several things were worded made it sound like they just dropped the ball, but on the other hand, there was a slight tone of the issues being my fault. That wasn't said, but there wasn't even a plan put in place to mitigate the issues... it was just like, hey, you're calling out all our inconsistency & lack of response to your requests for help, let's just let you exit the program. I was just nervous about having to pay a fee, but luckily they did waive the financial obligation. Hopefully, they improve. I do think it is extremely overpriced, so I would advise anyone who decides on this path to negotiate the fee down. There's no downside to asking for a better price, but I hope you get a much higher level of service than I did.

Pathrise has been extremely helpful in my job search journey. It's obvious that the mentors here genuinely want to help the fellows. It's not just another paycheck to them. In my short time here so far, I've learned so many useful things. I have 0 regrets about joining. It's a large time commitment but worth the effort.

It took me 6 weeks post trial to get a verbal offer. They really helped with my resume to get it good enough to get through the ATS systems, the resources and mentoring were terrific. I’ve been running my own business for the past 6 years, so I thought it was going to be a real challenge to get a corporate job again. They really helped with my interview skills and technique. I treated this search like a full time job so you have to be prepared to put in the effort. Pathrise give you the tools to succeed but it’s you that has to use them to make things happen!

What made my experience great with Pathrise is that they cover ALL aspects of job placements. They have mindset coaching, mentors for practice interviews, networking, sourced jobs each week, a personal coach to help you with a personalized game plans and weekly workshops. They even offer therapy! Overall a great experience and they do not lack anything.

The process has not worked for me. I am still unemployed
