I did not love the cushions that Patio HQ made for me. The filling is too soft and they put the zipper in the wrong place. That said, the cover was well made and they used a quality sunbrella fabric.

When I reached out about the problems, their customer service team was very responsive and handled my issue in a fair and honest way, which is why I am giving them 5 stars.

The cushions are really nice. Exactly what we ordered & fit perfectly. Very satisfied with the merchandise.
However, order processing had a small problem. Supposed to credit our 10%"Black Friday promo" (24.35) back to my card, Timing was 8-11 business days. Still not received after 14 BD. Customer service says it was "processed", so who knows what happened??

The website was easy to understand and ordering the exact fabric and dimensions was a simple task. I received the product this week and it fits perfectly and feels great. 👍

I want to update this review. After a lot of back and forth a "Resolution Specialist", my concerns were finally seen by a "Brand Associate" through this and another review. They were taken seriously and resolved very quickly. The furniture all matches and looks great.

The furniture is fairly nice but the customer service is potentially the worst I have ever experienced. Ordering online the photos at check looked right but weren’t what I had actually ordered so the sofa and loveseat arrived with the trim that I wanted but the 2 chairs had no trim (even though the photos showed them with trim). This was followed with phone calls (very challenging as foreign language speakers only) and semi nonsensical emails. Their fix was for me to buy new chairs with a small discount, new arms for the chairs small discount or at my asking they would sell me 4 fake plastic wood trim pieces for $100 ea. (maybe cost them $10)
All the while claiming that customer satisfaction was the most important thing to them.

Stay away from Patio HQ because if you have any issue, any issue, the only help you will get are emails.

Easy, fast and they fit perfectly!

This was an extremely easy website to use. The customer service was top notch! The quality is excellent and I highly recommend!

I am convinced this company is a scam. I ordered cushions from them. The interior edges of the Sunbrella fabric were very frayed because there was no actual finish to those edges. This made it difficult to even unzip and zip the cushion covers. Also, while it says on the website that the products are made in the US, I could see very clearly from the FedEx tracking that these cushions came directly from India. When I got in contact with the company, they just kept asking for photos, which I gave them, and videos, which I gave them, and more of the same. I think they just bargain on providing a bad product with a fake origin and hoping no one has the energy to follow through on their multiple requests for additional information.

Terrible experience so far. I place an order over the weekend and received an email telling my order had not yet been completed. I thought I failt to checkout so I revisited the site and finished the order. I immediately emailed the company over the weekend after their chatbot could not help me. I was aking them to confirm only one order had been placed. Monday they email me and state they could once again find no orders. Then later in the day, they email me and state that 2 orders had been placed and they are charging me for both. BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!!

Love the online ordering portal, easy to use and the final product was good quality. Unfortunately the color fabric I chose was not the color I expected, and the rounded corners of the seat cushions do not align with my chairs. I wish there were more options for selecting shape of the cushion.

While the Adirondack covers look to be quality, unfortunately they are the wrong size. Due to my inexperience in measuring accurately I will not be able to use them.

Their website lies. "Made in the USA" sits boldly on their website landing page. Why then does the product ship from India?

Then they'll respond that some manufacturing happens in the US.. but that's not what your site says. If lying like that isn't criminal, it should be.

Easy, straightforward instructions on how to measure, select finish and choose color and type of fabric. Great communication throughout the ordering and shipping process. Very happy with the finished product.

The bench pad fits perfectly on my very unique bench. The colors are true and I am very pleased.

Beautiful cushions. Love the quality and very well made. I loved that they kept me updated about my order - when received, when being made and when left for delivery. Great experience overall.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The item arrived vacuum-sealed so tightly that it damaged the product inside. The packaging was completely inappropriate for this type of item and ruined its shape/quality. I expected better care and handling. Because of this, the product was unusable right out of the package. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend until the packaging issue is fixed.

Good quality, prompt delivery

Although the quality of their products is good, I got a product that looked different online than when I received it. The color was different and I know it was a light white off-white natural color when I contacted them about the variance and color they said well due to lighting and screens, etc. sometimes there can be variations in the color. I did not like that answer and they basically said they were sorry that I was disappointed I know that this product doesn’t cost that much to make, and I spent almost $200 on a cushion that I can’t use because of the color very disappointed in this company

I’ve called and sent multiple emails and no response. We received part of our order and nothing looks like what it was supposed to be. I got one email that they received a ticket and will follow up and there has been not a single response. This is so disappointing and frustrating especially since we paid in full. We also never received our second shipment and not a single reach out from the company.
