You charged my account for an item you didn't have in stock , you cancelled my order with out letting me know and then you stated you were giving me credit which never came until I disputed it with the credit card company. Very lousy service, and you don't answer you phone

My ordered was cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock. It would’ve been nice to not be charged until the item actually shipped. Also would’ve preferred knowing the item was out of stock before I placed my order.

I ordered 4 chairs on 5/24 to find out on 5/25 they were back ordered. I canceled the order on 5/25 and still have not received my refund of $1,926.60. I have tried to call and been instructed to go on line. I emailed a week ago and no answer, I cancelled the order on the website but it still says pending confirmation. I have now reached out to PayPal to try and get my money back. Beyond terrible service.

I ordered something from this company they said it would take 4-6 weeks so I cancelled and found elsewhere that I received in three days. It’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t processed my refund. I have been in contact numerous times with them and get the run around. I’d never go to them again for anything. I understand covid as I’m in retail but this is just awful customer service.

ordered two chairs that showed in stock on the website. Billed me over $1000 only to get an e-mail a day later telling me they hadn't updated their website and that product is out of stock. The don't/won't answer thier phone and five days later have not responded to my e-mail requesting a refund. Had to call my bank and claim fraud so they charge will be reversed. If what they are doing isn't illegal, it is highly unethical.

I never received my order nor was I contacted by the carrier for delivery. I called your customer service once as there was no tracking number provided. After I spoke to your customer service I received an email stating I would hear from the carrier about delivery. Instead, I received an email stating I had returned the item and I was being refunded my money. I then sent an email to customer service asking how I could return an item I never received and I am still waiting for a reply on that email.

When I placed my order it showed in stock one week later after my credit card was billed I received an email saying that it was not in stock and would receive updates when it would be shipped. But no reimbursement until the furniture was in stock. Not happy

I ordered a patio set. You took my money but apparently it wasn’t in stock. My option was to wait a while or cancel. I called to cancel 5 days ago and have not received a refund yet. I understand mistakes happen as listing something in stock when it’s not. Hopefully tomorrow my credit card will be reimbursed on the 6th day.

I'm sorry I couldn't give you 5 stars. Unfortunately the product I ordered was not available until approximately June 1st. I did find the same item from another company that was able to deliver within 10 days so cancelled my order with Patio Products. Your person I spoke with was very understanding and cancelled without hesitation.
The reason for 4 stars was length of time to reimburse my credit card. 10 to 14 days seemed a little excessive. Would by from PP again.

You have products on your site that say are available and are unavailable and wait for someone to order and pay for them before you tell them it’s unavailable. The product I ordered and was refunded for is still on the website. So this will happen again to someone else. Poor inventory division. Bad business.

Quick shipping on the part we needed. Phone sales rep was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I purchased a white woven faux wicker patio chair for my front porch. I was so impressed with the quality when it arrived. Aluminum frame with white wrapping over it. It was solid, classy and so beautiful on my front porch. I loved working with Patio Products USA. The merchandise is high quality, the prices were terrific and shipping was efficient and smooth. Thank you.

Good price, quick shipping!

Size of hole for the top of the pole not specified on the website and was far too small for my umbrella. Had to return it for refund and had to pay for shipping it back.

I provided a tracking number as requested but I have not received a refund.

I was so excited to get this for my father only to get an email days later saying you won’t have it until next month. I’m forced to use amazon now

Their website said that there was a problem with my initial credit card and when I texted them I got no response. The Price of the chair went through right away yet their website said there was a problem. No response to my questioning it.
