Habe mir ein Z Grills Pelletgrill Multitasker 11002 Brute gekauft habe ihn jetzt nun 2 Jahre jetzt kommen die großen Probleme und deswegen würde ich nie wieder diese Marke kaufen.
Jetzt fängt es an zu rosten Bedienteil löst sich schon komplett auf smoker ist undicht 2 räder sind komplett verrostet und kaputt bin enttäuscht aber es hat sich für mich komplett erledigt

Bought the 700D6. Great grill. Upgraded to the Bluetooth electronic control. Well recommended. Customer service is very quick to give great advice. The recipe emails are awesome. Cooked some great meals from them. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you

This is the second ZGrill that I have owned and they are the best IMO. I had a problem with my control panel not working and within a day and a few emails they had the problem figured out and part on the way!! A+ customer service! I luckily gotten in on the buy 1 and get 10 deal! 100% recommend

Great customer service when I needed answers and an awesome grill!

This was my first pellet grill purchase and I couldn’t be happier. My order arrived quickly and accurately with plenty of communication from Zgrills. There were plenty of payment options to make the purchase process simple. The grill was very easy to assemble with the instructions provided. The burn in part of the instructions was a little confusing, but no issues. Cooking on it has been a cinch. Near perfect temperature control. The app is a little glitchy and does not seem to be actively updated, for example, some of the information during the cook overwrites other information and all information is not clearly visible on the screen, but the main items (temp control, probe temp, etc. works fine.

After about a year, the controller went out. I contacted customer support, and in less than a week I received a new controller under warranty. The support team was super helpful with clear and concise information. It is an electronic item and, as such, failures can be expected, the important part is how well they stand behind their product and assist in a resolution. For this Zgrills receives and A++.

My experience with the company has been excellent. I purchased my first Zgrill about 6 years ago and the grill performed as I hoped it would. When the company offered the special deal last year, I gave my old grill to my friend and bought a new one so I could take advantage of the special. I recently had a part that needed replacing and it was handled extremely fast with no drama.

I have the Multitasker Z Grill and was concerned the auger was not working properly. I emailed Z Grill and requested assistance - I was VERY SURPRISED when they emailed back an extensive troubleshooting guide with colored pictures and precise instructions on what to do. IT WORKED!!! Their clear instructions enabled me to find the issue (was just a loose connection) within minutes. I am so happy with this smoker - I’ve been smoking meats for 40 years and this is “hands down” the best smoker I’ve had.

This my first smoker/grill. after my wife did her diligent research she recommended I buy this one and I am very happy I did. Instructions to build it were spot on and not difficult at all. Every piece, screw, nut labeled clearly and accounted for. I've only been using it for a week and so far have cooked chicken, salmon and a rack of ribs. All came out great! Looking forward to experimenting with different flavored pellets. Gonna try Z Grills pellets as I'm confident the quality is high. Overall been a great experience!

Worst pellet grill smoker i have ever used. I admittedly bought a mystery grill i of course got the worst model. What a trash grill, it is the worst. Id never recommend this brand to anyone. It flares up way more often than any other grill ive owned, i clean it quite often. It works sure but do you really want to deep clean your grill every other time you use it? I will never buy this brand again. The worst!

I've owned my Z grill smoker for over 4 years now I use it all the time anf I absolutely love it. I am able to maintain a consistent Heat for very long 12 to 16 hour smokes. I've cooked anything from briskets, pork shoulder, hams and even a tomahawk on the smoker. I decided to upgrade my controller to a Wi-Fi controller it was out of stock at the time so I emailed customer service to find out when it was in stock. I had a response within hours we've emailed back and forth a few times to get the controller purchased. I will tell you the best customer service I've had in a very long time every email was answered within a few hours absolutely amazing customer service and as equally amazing product. I can't wait to install my Wi-Fi controller and elevate my smoking game that much more.

Ive had my zgrill for almost 2 yrs and have loved it. I started experiencing a temp probe issue. Contacted the company they diagnosed the issue and sent the part free of charge. Im back to smoking and even more pleased with my purchase because of the great service I received.

J'ai passé une commande le 29 juin 2025 , numero de commande 202500625. Suite à un problème avec commande. j'ai contacté le service client à de multiples reprises. Malgré des emails détaillés de ma part, aucune solution acceptable ne m'a été proposée. Face à ce silence, j'ai été contraint d'ouvrir un litige PayPal pour me protéger. Il est regrettable de devoir en arriver là pour qu'une entreprise assume ses responsabilités. J'attends une résolution immédiate de ce litige.

The service at zgrills is unmatched they responded to email almost immediately and offered the assistance I needed get my zgrill going again. My smoker is 2 years old and the temp.probe went bad and with minimal effort the service team at zgrills made the fix quick and easy and in less then 24 hours after contacting them my new part is already on the way. I use my smoker regularly and because of the quick actions of this team I will be back up and running in no time at all. Its service like this that keeps customers coming back for years to come

Had a chipped cooking grate, contacted them and within the day I have new grates on arrival for free. Now that’s what I’m talking about

After a week wait on my tempture control or I contacted Z-grills again because I never received my controller. I contacted the girls the second time the lady I talked to this time said they were out of stock of what I needed so they was going to send me the updated version of my controller and because I didn't leave any emails or phone calls or text messages telling me that they were out of the controller I was requesting she said she would send me a temperature probe for my z grill. I waited approximately another week for my controller expecting the probe to be with the controller but I did not receive the the probe just the controller. Maybe it will come this week but I really don't like having to take my girl apart again and again. The lady I talk to you on the phone I did not get her name or I don't remember her name but she done a wonderful job and assisting me. I'm going to try to call them again this week to see if the probe has been sent out. Thank you for the trouble and your time and assist in me with the problems have a great day.

Writing first about recent excellent costumer service and my overall opinion of the company and their products. I recently worked with Z Grill's customer service team to resolve an issue with my grill, which resulted in them replacing my grill. All communications were fast (same day email replies throughout), clear, and the outcome very fair. I've been a customer of Z Grills since 2021 and VERY much appreciate the outstanding customer service in helping resolve my issues that made sense for us both. This is certainly not the case for other grill manufacturers and its good to have a company like this stand behind its products.

And their grills (pellet smokers) are terrific: very high value to price ratio. The grills perform very well, especially even cooking throughout the different grill chambers I've owned: an important feature for consistent and successful cooks. Their Accessories (per their website) are also excellent and have been great investments for me over these past +5 years: from insulated winter grill covers to sus304 stainless steel upgraded grill grates - all very high quality and effective. There are numerous online videos and reviews of Z Grill's various models that will attest to its high-quality products, too.

In summary, I've had really positive experiences with Z Grill's (1) pellet smokers and related products, and (2) its customer service standing behind its products and working with me in a non-confrontational, honest way to resolve a recent particular issue covered under its warranty. This combination is why I will continue to invest in Z Grills in the future; really outstanding pellet smokers!

I thought this review was important to share just because how accommodating Angela was. I had an issue with my smoker that was partially my fault but she still went about her job of Customer Satisfaction, which we all know is very hard to find these days! Thanks again Angela!
