Email customer service went above and beyond to help me receive the correct
Parts to my grill..it is up and working agajn!

I just go my Z grill on a few days ago just had a chance to put it together after work I am going to cook on it very soon I am satisfied with the purchase thank you so much

Customer service was quick to respond to my email. The problem was figured out and the new part arrived sooner than expected.

My smoker gave me an error code that I didn’t have the slightest idea why so I sent Z-Grills an email.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and sent me out a replacement part that got me going again in just a few days.

Z-Grills customer service not only met my expectations but went far above and that is unheard of in 2025. Their smoker has been worth every penny.

My family cohabitates. The doorbell rang from the carrier of the package. The insulator I ordered my Brother was delivered. My Brother got the package off the porch. This was to be a Christmas present. Not only did it have the logo all over their box but it also said what item was inside. Not only did this ruin the Christmas surprise, it also could have told porch pirates exactly what was inside. What a bunch of stupid dolts.

I purchased a smoker from Z Grills just over 2 years ago expecting a quality product and basic customer service. It was great for the first 2 years until… I’ve spent nearly five months dealing with a grill that doesn’t function correctly and a company that seems uninterested in actually fixing the problem.

The thermostat failed early this summer —the temperature wouldn’t adjust properly. I began contacting Z Grills in early July 2025. Over the next several months, they sent me four different parts, none of which resolved the issue. After each attempt, I sent photos and videos clearly showing the grill still wasn’t working.

I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor and included my phone number in every message. Not once did anyone call me or follow up personally. When I finally asked for a replacement grill or have them send someone to fix it, they completely ignored those requests, making no mention of them in every follow up email.

To make matters worse, early in the process they implied they’d “help me out” once it was fixed—yet here I am, months later, with a broken smoker and zero resolution.

I strongly recommend others avoid Z Grills unless you’re comfortable gambling with both your money and your time. A company’s true character shows after the sale—and in my case, Z Grills failed completely.

Not impressed by the level of features and in general smoke flavor being produced by my new pellet grille. My small box smoker did way better. I contacted support where after multiple emails back and forth it was clear they weren't even reading my messages often suggesting new things to try that I had already told them I'd done. When I told them I wanted to return the item, they just ignored the request and offered to send me a smoke tube... even though I had already told them I bought one to try. Now I'm locked in for the next 50 years (lol, we'll see). Moving forward, I'll probably just invest in a better smoker and see how/if the promotion actually fulfills itself.

The shipping was good and solid no damage occurred, it was easy and simple to install. It has a 28lb hopper you can smoke for like 16hrs on it without worry depending on the heat but a pork butt np never need to refill which is 1 of the biggest cuts I cooked 2 and still had 1/2 to 1/3 the hopper full. Its a work of art. Love my Zgrill and feel like I have a edge over the competition. Its very heavy duty btw its a lot thicker material then others on the market! Get you a Zgrill i promise you will never regret it plus in 5 years I get a replacement for free. Im sure you will have to pay for shipping but who cares my shipping was only $100 this deal might outlast my lifetime expectancy. Thank you Zgrill for your amazing product.

This is one of the best smokers I have used. Whether you are a beginner or an expert these grills make everything easier, they hold the temps great and cleanup is very easy after use i would definitely recommend these to anyone and I have and everyone I know loves them.

I had several shipping issues when I purchased my grill. The grill showed up severely damaged, but customer service was so helpful and friendly. They sent the parts I needed quickly to get me grilling. The process was very easy and the staff was knowledgeable about the process.

The product itself is great. Very simple and easy to use. I have zero complaints about it and have used it many times this summer without any issues.

I've had my grill and used it many times this past summer. It's always worked every time. It helps to keep the grill clean! There are tips online how to do that.
The only thing that I didn't love was that it didn't come with the temperature controller that had ports for the meat thermometer. Knowing the internal temperature of your meat is critical, so I think ALL grills should be sold with that. I bought from Zgrills and installed one that has two ports, and I love it having two meat thermometers monitoring the meat's internal temperature.

Zgrills is very easy to work with. I got my grill just as stated and assembly was easy.

Placing the order was a breeze! The item arrived on time and looks great — you can tell it's well made. The grill portion feels sturdy, though the stand seemed a bit lightweight and flimsy.

I joined the Zgrills Crowdfunding plan in May of this year. I ordered the 700D4E Model and it arrived in about a week. The shipment was well packaged and it was very easy to assemble. I'm new to using a pellet smoker and find it very easy to use. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new smoking experiences! Very happy with the product and the customer service team. I'm very much looking forward to getting a new smoker every 5 years. Plus even though I'm retired, I can transfer my plan over to family or friends.

fast and simple love having grills for rest of my life. easy to put together just a little heavy if you struggle you may need help. it works great easy on easy off. easy temp easy smoke. use mostly as grill works great not allot of smoke if you dont like that like i do its not overpowering. use foil under grates for easy clean up.. love it would definitely say go for it...

This is my second z grills I love the brand and I'll continue loving it the only issue I had was the fact that FedEx stinks at their job the box came with a couple holes in it but luckily enough the girl wasn't damaged due to the magnificent packing job your staff does, keep up the great work

I bought my smoker through their bonus 5yr program. I have had nothing but good experiences with mine. From assembly on, it has produced nothing but smiles. My WiFi is sometimes a bit off, but that’s just a lazy feature to have anyways. I’d buy this smoker again and again!

I’ve had ZGrills for several yrs and love them. I just signed up for the 777 special. I am looking forward to having a Z grill for many more years now.

The delivery was exceptional. It was less than a week . Assembly was quick . My 18 yr old daughter helped me with that. The determining factor for getting the grill was from several of my friends having one and making some exceptional food .
