Bought the product online only to be informed after a few days that it’s not in stock and won’t be for three or more months. I understand these are difficult times but, really, selling something that’s not in stock is not good business. And the phone... forget about that ... they have jokes on the wait but after one cycle through it’s torture.

Never shopping here again! How do you not have an accurate inventory system in place for online shopping in the year 2020? Ordered a patio heater and card was charged only to get an email a week later that my order was cancelled with no other information. Customer service was terrible only to find out they don’t have the product in stock. I still don’t have my money charged back to my card! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a heater on Friday and it sad it would be there by next Wednesday. On Saturday I got an e-mail saying that their inventory system was wrong, and it would be delayed at least 8 weeks or longer. I could not cancel over e-mail. Instead, I had to call and wait on hold for nearly an hour to cancel. Not a good experience.

Ordered the storm shelter due to the low price. The listing said the item was in stock and would ship in 24-48 hours. After buying, the next day I got an email saying the item was on backorder and it would be two weeks until it came in. No effort was made to make it right.

Very poor customer service, I have send email regarding my purchase of patio heater . I have no answer . When I called I was hold phone more than 45 min, still no response .

I tried to order from this store. My order appeared to go through successfully, but I later got an email that said I had put in a credit card expiration date that was prior to today's date (why doesn't their website validate the credit card information?). The email said to call their phone number to give the correct information. I was on hold for 78 minutes when someone finally answered. He just said "Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?" while I tried to respond. I'm pretty sure he was just pretending to have a bad connection. I also tried to contact them through online chat, but that got permanently stuck in "You are number 2 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 4 minutes." Then I tried to request cancellation of the order through the website. That wasn't possible. I got a message that "Order must have valid payment." Unfortunately, I replied to the original email with my correct expiration date, so I'm sure at some point they will charge me for the order. Based on my experience today (and on the other reviews here), I'm sure they will charge my credit card, but I seriously doubt that my order will ever arrive. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company is a complete scam.

This company's customer service is terrible. I purchased a grill jacket and waited 17 days to even get an update. When I finally called, emailed, and chatted with them on all their venues, I got no response. I'll be cancelling my order and purchasing through a more reputable business. I would strongly advise against using this company.

Two weeks ago,I ordered a resin wicker loveseat from Patioproductsusa. It arrived very well package and looks terrific. Great quality. I love my chair.

Product was ordered and days later I was told that it was back ordered. I called to discuss timing of Backorder and I’ve been on hold for over an hour and 10 minutes!

I purchased 2 chairs. I was unable to get the website to work correctly so I ended up calling to place order. Very good customer service. Chairs are on back order so I have not received them. Company let me know and gave me option to cancel order. I love the chairs so I am willing to wait. Looked for them elsewhere but could not find any. 😊

I can’t review a product when it hasn’t been delivered. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Been waiting since May for the delivery to my friend. This was a gift.

Useless. Product never shipped and I never was notified and we needed this order before a big party we were hosting. Seller had no remedies for the error And I had to purchase elsewhere

Trucking company they used made 2 appointments with me and didn’t show or call. 1st time they didn’t show I called asked why they said merch wasn’t there yet. I said then why did you make a delivery appt?
At that point I booked 2nd appt and asked if merch was onsite the guy said yes. He lied because with in 2 hours I got a call that the 2nd appt would be delayed because merch was not there. No answer as to why the guy full on lied to me. I said do not call me til merch is onsite. Never called just delivered good thing I was home and checking status.
Then one piece was damaged. 45 min on hold! Got them to send replacement part...When it came it was the wrong part. Called again 45 min on hold and chat with customer service. Got the right part the 2nd time. I will never buy anything from this company again. Only even writing this because after all of that I asked for a replacement chair instead of just the pieces (for my trouble) and got nothing except the part. Now I have a half chair I can’t use and I can’t throw out til bulk night. NEVER AGAIN no matter how much cheaper they are. Defiantly not worth the $150 I saved.

Cant even get a call back... Hold for over a hour and a half. Product is out of stock until November even though website shows in stock. Quick to take my money and now cant get it back. Unbelievable

I ordered this item because you were the only place that guaranteed a 3-5 day delivery of the item. Even a chat with your customer service rep guaranteed the 3-5 day delivery and that the item was in stock! Every other site explained they were back ordered and would not be available until late September.

After I ordered the item AND AFTER YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY, three days later you informed me of the delays!!! Your item will be later than any other website I checked. To cancel the order and get my money back is a 4 week process. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I feel you are totally deceiving in your advertising and chat customer service! I would like you to just credit my credit card IMMEDIATELY and cancel the order so I can order it from a much more honest company!!!!

I ordered an expensive umbrella from galtechumbrellasusa.com and then 2 days later found that the order had been cancelled via a terse email. The email contained no reason for the cancellation and absolutely no explanation and then NO RESPONSE to repeated email queries. Finally after sitting on the CHAT for 35 minutes (said it would be 13 minutes estimated) I found that the umbrella was out of stock and was no longer available or some such bs. I then tried to order again and sure enough the same item came up to be purchased at a higher price. Can't exactly figure out their game but DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS or at a minimum they are incompetent.
