Totally misrepresented the product and the "disabled veteran" who makes the decorative horseshoe wind chime. It is obviously made of stamped metal halves that are poorly stuck together and coated with a clear paint-like substance. Shipment tracking is inaccessible until it's delivered and then only shows from Illinois and beyond. The "chimes" are pieces of flat metal that rolled into cones and click rather than ring. Complete crap! But what really angers me is associating a disabled American veteran to their marketing to promote their product in a dishonest endeavor for their own profit.

This company is a scam. They promoted themselves as American veterans of which they are not. They are a Chinese company. I disputed the charge with PayPal the company told them I received the item which I did not. The company told me they cancelled the order.

I would give it zero if there was an option. They sent me merchandise that wasn’t worth the little bag it shipped in and charged me $42. I don’t even remember purchasing anything, only looking. When it came I had no idea what it was. I have disputed the charge through PayPal but have gotten no where so far. I am paying $10 to send it back because they can’t continue duping trusting American customers. I see other site names on here where they claim to be a patriotic American company run by a veteran, posting the flag and selling American made products.its all a lie. If it says patriot in the title BEWARE!. It’s a Chinese company saying their products come from America and are 100% American. It’s a lie, it is a farce, it’s an scam and they are taking advantage of trusting American customers. Do not buy from this company!!!!
