Great customer service and attention to detail! I received a defective product and I was a little bummed. I sent an email and they responded quickly that they would get a functional product to me ASAP. I received my new item and it worked great! I appreciate a company with great customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would have done that. My product arrived late even though I paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap.
I ordered a viewfinder with extra cartridges. The slide cartridges are so cheaply made. We are talking card stock. They tear in the viewer and subsequently don’t rotate. The pictures were blurry and grainy and half of them were upside down. The picture on the front of the slide cartridges said Merry Christmas, even though it’s April and this was a birthday gift. I paid $49 and they refunded me $12. Do not use this company!!!

The wonderful team helped me so much to get what I needed for my elderly mother. She was so happy when her pillow arrived with her late husbands image. It bought tears to her eyes. This is an amazing gift for anyone, young or old.

That it was just where we looking for, very nice portret of my late wife!

I ordered two music boxes and one of them did not work. I reached out via email and Vivian was prompt with a response to assist. Because I was communicating with them while at work, I was unable to provide the video requested but I detailed the problem as best I could via email. Vivian stayed in constant communication with me and MyFaceTshirt send a new music box that works perfectly. Thank you for the great customer service!

Great customer service. I purchased 3 music boxes. One did not work. The team worked with me to try to fix the defective item. After that did not work I was sent a replacement! It works just as the other 2!

I gave 5 stars because even thou the first music box I received was defective the company & Elsie were prompt with replacing it with a working one plus she stayed in constant communication- thank you for the great customer service!😊

Absolute garbage. Ordered two cds and they left off 4 songs. Waited forever to get two mistakes. 0 contact , they just sent it.
How do you fk up a cd??? How do you not contact the customer in regards to the mistakes? Answer they don't give a f.....

Really disappointed that this “vintage” t-shirt. It is made from cheap 100% polyester. The pictures make it look like faded cotton and it is supposed to get even more worn looking with washing. Photos turned out great but really cheap Tshirt.

I’ve encouraged some hurdles with my package it was stolen right after delivery. Delivery came in 4 days earlier, which was not the company’s fault but the carrier that delivered it, they did not update me on early delivery so I was not home to retrieve my package. Myfacetshirt is remaking my item I purchased for me again due to theft which I appreciate so much. They have been so kind, caring and supportive throughout this whole process. I highly recommend purchasing from them, all of their products are amazing and their production team does excellent work.

The shirts I received were horrible quality, cheap material shirts. They were wadded up and stuffed in a plastic bag and completely wrinkled. Not at all the type of shirts shown in the description. If I could give a zero I would. Absolute waste of time and money.

False advertising. I bought the custom “comfort colors” shirt thinking it would be a comfort colors brand shirt. Not only was the product description saying comfort colors, but the pictures also had comfort colors shirts in them. DO NOT BUY. Scam for sure!

Socks came out ok, boxers were ok...but the keychain was terrible...and it was the most expensive.
I will not be using this website again.

The Valentines gift I ordered at the beginning of the month has yet to arrive. If I ever receive what I paid for maybe my opinion will change. But as of now I will never waste my time or money ordering from this company again. S

Never received order confirmation or tracking number. PayPal case after about 3 weeks of no communication or updates after emails to the business. Eventually PayPal refunded the order and the seller claimed they were out of stock. But no communication until the PayPal case was created.

I ordered a gift that involves uploading 2 photos to be used on the present. They used 1 photo I sent them, then a completely different picture I never sent them for the 2nd picture. On the preview and the box it was shipped in it showed my 2nd image but the product itself was made wrong. Ridiculous

The music box doesn’t work, doesn’t play the whole song like it says, it’s impossible to get in contact with them, and the lights barely even work, I tried to charge it, which btw doesn’t come with a charger, and it charged for over 2 hours and still doesn’t work. Definitely not worth the money and extremely disappointed. Oh and it’s missing parts. WOULD NOT BUT, NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!
