I needed to change a shirt size from S to XL. Vivian helped me; she was very kind and friendly, and responded promptly and professionally. I was really happy with the service.

I ordered one of the music vinyls, it cost me just over £25.. it looks nice, pictures are great.. but the song only lasts for 30 seconds.. meaning you only get to hear the start of the song, quite disappointed. I saw a comment about putting in a charger and it played the whole song. Mine did not do this, the vinyl doesn’t spin like on the videos.. but that isn’t the issue. Just wish there was more of the song playing! Valentines gift and I’m upset and disappointed with it.

I received my shirt literally balled up like a piece of trash. Not folded ! It was disgusting. Now I dont have a birthday shirt for my son. Because of this horrible item they sent. Why would someone even do that? And sizing runs big not small.

Paid extra for fast shipping, Order isn’t arriving on time.
I’m extremely disappointed. I need my order on time.

I ordered a cube that has our wedding date on the front, our wedding photo inside and plays our first dance in full. It lights up and works via USB.

I was sceptical about using this company as based in China, and the postage was virtually the same cost as the item (which I got half price in the sale).

It arrived today and is absolutely amazing. My wife loved it.

The packaging could have been better, but luckily it was not damaged.

Its an amazing thing, I would highly recommend it. The sound quality is amazing and its very loud and the sound fills the room.

I ordered from this seller with the expectation that my product would arrive 2 days before Valentine’s Day, it’s now saying it won’t arrive until 3 days after Valentine’s Day which completely defeats the purpose of buying their product. I never would have bought from them if I knew if would take longer than they tell you. It’s deceiving and a waste of time and money.

The figurine I ordered was exactly as the one on the website. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. I contacted the support service, and it was replaced by a new one. The people at the support service were helpful.

I made a mistake placing the order and Elsie really went above and beyond in helping to get it straightened out! Great customer service!

I got 2 music box both were not working music was not working no charger was given waste off money honestly

LOVE LOVE LOVE the shirt I ordered! I created a shirt with 5 images (different images) of a dear friend celebrating her 60th birthday! It came out amazing!!

I got my order right on time for new years eve! At first, there was an error in the design they sent me, but I got to give them the biggest thumbs up for how they remedied the situation by allowing me to receive a custom design and they provided technical support for the whole process. Customer service at its peek!

materials are not as pictured. came as a cheap polyester hoodie , clearly stated it was tapestry material.

Was very late being delivered but most of all it is absolutely horrible quality. Got a men’s shirt and it looks like women’s, so thin and terrible fabric.

Really bad quality. I thought I would receive a product that looked exactly like the one in the photo on the website, but it's nothing like it.

Do not order from this company! What I received was absolutely horrible. The faces were all distorted. Discolored. And I will never recommend this company to anyone!! My total bill with shipping was $42 it was worth zero. I ordered a Christmas pillow with my friend’s faces, the hats were not attached to their heads! The pillow was 8 inches. I was very embarrassed to give it to my friends, but when I showed it to them, they actually laughed. The pillow was 8 inches. And I apologized. I was so embarrassed.

All they do is enlarge your drawing and print it on fabric and barely stuff it. Anyone can do this. Not worth the ridiculous high price and it came later than promised.

I specifically ordered the "5 Faces" style of face t-shirt because it had the quickest delivery estimate on the website, and I wanted them to arrive in time for a friend's birthday. After ordering I reached out to customer service to see what I could do to ensure I would receive my order by the estimated delivery date. Vivian responded that the shirts are personalized and custom so they take longer than their stated 3-5 BUSINESS days production, and 6-9 BUSINESS days shipping. I replied that the website provided specific delivery dates, not numbers of days, and that I had paid for VIP processing and shipping and it now sounded like I wasn't going to get either. She again stated the items were custom and the stated production and shipping lead times in BUSINESS days were for standard items.
Don't believe the estimated delivery dates on their website, they are double whatever they say. And there is no EXPRESS delivery. I paid for VIP production and delivery and when I placed my order on Dec 4th, the estimated DELIVERY with VIP was Dec 13 - 16th. My friend's birthday was the 16th. My order shipped out on the 10th. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received my order. Tracking says I should receive it tomorrow. Quality will be my next concern...Vivian was overly nice and attempted to placate me without really offering anything other than platitudes. I won't order from them again.

The product (personalized keychain) looked better in the photos than the actual quality. The advertising can be misleading.

My experience was excellent. I had an issue when typing my email address and wasn’t receiving any notifications about my order. However, Vivian helped me through just a few emails, quickly resolved the issue, and my order was already on its way with regular updates.
Very fast customer service and a perfect problem-solving experience — 10/10.
