The mock-up was helpful and great, but was under the impression this was a 3d product not just a picture in a piece of acrylic

Ordering process was easy.
The item i wanted was not in stock and wouldn't arrive prior to Christmas. Staff were very helpful in assisting with a refund. Very happy and will order again in the near future.

To be honest at first I was disappointed. The quality of the item I ordered was not as advertised or expected. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a 24hr window. There was a little back and forth before a resolution was made but the company took ownership and sent me a replacement item with the quality I originally expected. The turn around time took a little longer the second time but clearly they did their quality control to ensure I was indeed a happy customer. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to ensuring your customers are completely satisfied. Much appreciated

Their customer service was excellent. I made a mistake with shipping information and they were super responsive and friendly in the process of fixing it. The shirt is great too :) Can't wait to gift it to my boyfriend!

I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality cotton shirt, shown in the photos as a structured, premium “cube-style” design. What I actually received was nothing close. The shirt they sent is made from the cheapest, plastic-like material I’ve ever seen — something I wouldn’t even use as a trash bag.

This site uses misleading photos to advertise products they clearly cannot produce. It’s false advertising at its worst. The item I received looks and feels nothing like what was shown or described.

Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Do not waste your money here. This is a scam selling low-quality plastic instead of the product they promise.

I placed a large order and soon after our group changed our mind about it. I messaged the support team via the chat and they were extremely understanding and offered several options to me including a full refund, which I ultimately took.
I ended up placing a smaller order, and was very happy with getting to review the design before production.
The product material and design print are both good quality.
No reason to worry when placing an order here, 100% recommend. Great for bachelor parties, Xmas, etc.

These shirts are the best! They’re so funny and a big hit with the whole family. It’s a great gift for anyone who loves Hawaii shirts.
The material is thin and cool. It is not a high quality material but I never expected that for a printed pattern.
I would recommend for a fun gag gift!

I was excited to receive a 3D effect toy figure keychain personalized for my mother. Paid over $30 for a cheap looking plastic keychain that looked nothing like the one advertised. It also came scratched up. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I decided to try MyFaceTshirt to have a likeness of myself made into a figure for my wife for Christmas. It was going to be a fisherman with accessories. The whole experience navigating through the process was good. The accessories were great. A fishing net, rod and they even found a Northern Pike for me!
They were fast to reply and took 3 good shots at my likeness. In the end, it just never got close enough for me to make the purchase. Of course thinking something looks like you is purely subjective and this is something for anyone trying this to remember. They ONLY have pictures to go by. So make sure your pictures are numerous and good…face shots, distance shots in good light. For a distance shot, don’t wear bulky clothes. It all could all matter.
Once I decided it was a no go, they were great about it and I got my refund in a few days. I’m giving them 4 stars because it didn’t work out for me, but I highly recommend to anyone thinking about this to give them a shot.

We had no problems with the company! The shirt did take a while for shipping but other than that, it was a smooth process!!

Very good product my wife was in tears when she Hurd our wedding song she was so surprised and happy I highly recommend this product to anyone thank you for a gift that will as always share our special day

Great customer service!!

I had an issue where I ordered a custom tee-shirt that didn't arrive on time due to the processing time not being included in the delivery period disclosed on the order confirmation. The customer service team was nice enough to grant me a 50% refund for the inconvenience and vows to disclose this information moving forward.

I had a problem with the delivery. I spoke to Vivian in customer service who immediately responded to my email. She promptly sent me a replacement even though the problem had been with the delivery service, not with MyFaceTshirt. Vivian was very supportive and I am grateful for such good customer service in a time when this is so rare!

So far, I have not received the item yet, but CS has been super. I sent them a query regarding tracking, and they contacted me very quickly with a tracking number # etc. Now, I have received several emails with updates. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am excited to receive my order.
