You can only do 1 star but should be zero. An absolute joke on every level

This was the most frustration personalized order I’ve ever placed. After submitting the order, the proof came back not looking at all like the items online. They appeared to have simply put some effects on the photo and were going to send it on. It took me over a month and several emails for me to provide feedback before I got a product like the ones online. I’m not sure why I had to tell them what was wrong when it was a product they created. Nothing on the website is accurate- processing time, price, shipping, etc. I finally got the product, and it looks like expected. However, I’m not sure how long it will last. It is a photo on the back of clear plastic. Since there is no protection over the exposed back of the photo, I’m sure it will scratch off and will not last very long.

Product is not the same as website. Material is cheap garbage and unwearable. Not even sure what initials are on the shirt but nowhere near what I ordered. The neckline folds out and is of the lowest quality I’ve ever seen

Great customer service, fast shipping, quality product!

Intentionally deceiving delivery dates. They give you date estimates for delivery and then change them after ordering and don't hit delivery dates nor help you in any way to get items in time. We ordered from them because they said they could get us our shirts in time for an event (of a friend who passed away so we ordered these shirts to wear in his memory for a fundraiser in his name) and we will not receive the shirts before the event and now it's too late to try to get them from anyone else. STAY AWAY.

Paid for express shipping and got here even before the scheduled date. Service reps were very friendly and attentive, reaching out to assure me everything would arrive on time. I felt they were genuinely interested in making sure I was completely happy.

This is hands down the worst product I have ever received in my life. It’s not just bad — it’s a complete joke. What I got was absolute trash, not even remotely close to what was shown or promised. It looks like something someone dug out of the garbage and mailed to me. Zero quality, zero value, and zero respect for customers. This seller should be banned from selling anything. Save yourself the frustration — do not buy this worthless piece of crap.

What a waste of money

A total sham, unprofessional, nothing as promised, not worth the money. The customer service is a joke, don't really understand English. I tried to make small changes and finally gave up. STAY AWAY.

Would give it a zero stars if possible. Ordered the action figure and keychain. Received key chain and no action figure $32.00? Fraudulent

Stay away, don't it get ripped off

It would be zero stars if I could. I placed my order, and a week later I checked the shipping and turns out it was out of stock? Nobody told me, nothing. So then it takes weeks for them to finally start making it, they took forever making it, and it took way longer to get delivered. The hoodie was cheap crap quality, and the image printed on it looked nothing like the previews they sent me, and the colors were so messed up. They refused to refund me after everything because they “invested in man power” as if it wasn’t a machine doing the work. I’m mad and would never recommend them

After a stressful failed delivery process I was worried I’d be unable to receive my package but I contacted customer support and Sara informed me of the status of my package and how we can fix the situation they made the process quick and easy and I’m truly satisfied with my experience

I ordered the fridge magnets that looked like Instagram photos. They take a photo you send them and they turned it into a cartoon version of your photo. They all looked cool, so I ordered More for Christmas presents.
