Terrible customer service — or rather, none at all.
I paid for revisions before printing and repeatedly requested a very minor design change — just one item needed to be a different color. Despite following up multiple times, I kept receiving the same AI-generated response with no action taken. Meanwhile, "Gene" assured me they were doing their "absolute best," but it was all generic AI-generated language with no actual support. Extremely disappointing experience!

Not sure where this company is and the names are someone far far away, they have no sense of customer care. I added VIP shipping, of course arrived three days after I needed it. PER THEIR email they told me the ship date and then tried to change the number of days it takes, BUT when you count business days, it was still three days late from the time it should have taken. They have blocked my emails because I requested a refund of the VIP shipping. I would not use them or will not use them ever again, all of this over a small amount..that is why I say they are from somewhere far far away, not knowing what customer service is. Also the good reviews in my opinion are fake, because "Vicky could not even cancel my order after finding out the delivery day, but could do it for others??? Buyer beware

They have great things to buy !!! And the personnel is great !!!

I requested a custom face t-shirt. I received a one-of-a-kind custom gift! There was an issue with my original order, but the wonderful customer service and design team helped to make it right!

I ordered for my Son’s 50th Birthday but after I placed my order I realised it may not arrive in time. I emailed the company to see if I could cancel. I will be honest I thought I would lose my money I have had some bad experiences with some companies who do not even answer emails….I was very pleased with prompt response to my reply Thank you Vicky! She kept me informed and organised my refund if only all companies were like this!!! Would highly recommend 5 stars all the way!!!

Customer service was quick to reply. They handled my address mistake quickly before shopping and I can't wait to see how cute this turns out.

I don’t know why I sent a picture in of my father when the thing is a genetic mould. A nose like a dot?
Maybe the picture wasn’t good enough. I had the opportunity to change it but, I couldn’t work it out. Other then that, the accessories are cool.

I am very pleased with my order and experience!! There was a problem with my order so I contacted them. They were very accommodating and helpful in correcting my problem. I highly recommend ordering from them.

I have never received my shirt and no refund. Gene and Elsie (if those are there real names) keep telling me 5-7 days week after week and no solution. I am leaving on vacation in a week and have no shirt after ordering 2 months earlier. They continue to tell me it’s guaranteed to be there in another week but they can’t tell me where it’s at and they are checking with customs. They think it’s ok to steal your money and never give you your merchandise that you paid for. Management continues to ignore my request to speak someone in charge. Don’t waste your time or money with this worthless company. Look at all their reviews and you will see they have way more negative reviews than positive. Don’t buy from them unless you want to throw your money away.

Terrible Item, nothing like images. Terrible customer service. I sent a photo of a 60yo woman to have a 3D keying made. I got a FLAT image, NO 3D effect at all from any angle. The image looks like a 10yo boy not a 60 year old lady AND the item was scratched even when the film was taken off. I put this into to the chat help - and got that "this is their product and I should understand"! Well, I dont. You cant show images of things that look 3D that look the right gender and then provide some cheap tat. You can buy things like that at the seaside for a couple quid. Then the chat just put an automated answer and closed the chat.

2 months later and I still haven’t received my shirt and they offered to refund me for shipping … how about the $40 for the shirt I never got!!! They just keep saying “they will remake it “ I don’t want it 3 months after I needed it !! The worst ever

Poor quality of the photo cube and stand for it. It's not photo quality, but actual paper like you made a copy on a home printer. The corners are not glued down. The stand to hold the cube falls over when the cube is in place. This is worth around $3.99 vs the $32 I paid. This is what happens when I buy off a Facebook or Instagram add. I will say they have fast customer service getting back to you when you have issues, but they didn't do a refund. I do not recommend the quality from this company at all.

Ordered a keychain AI image. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It looks like someone did this on a outdated 90's printer from their basement.

They always delay my product in any reason. This is untrust and fake store
I spent $89 to order a toy model supposed as they said 15days completed but last May 5th until now still fail the processing when I asked for refund no one response my email the customer service Elise seems disappeared! I am so disappointing that shop ! Not anymore

I paid 40.00 for the shirt. When it arrived the letters were falling off. Don’t recommend this site.
