Extremely long shipping time (over a month) and very poor communication with customer requests. No response when I tried to cancel hours after I ordered. I decided to just go with it and it still hasn't arrived. Better to go with another company.

I had a small problem with an item I ordered, and Myfacetshirt really stepped up and quickly resolved the issue. They communicated with me every step of the way. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the customer service that I received.

So you have to look for a back door to review this store. I played money to get it rushed order(2 months ahead of what I want to get delivered) still waiting on what I ordered I’m going to leave another review for what I received to see it it was actually the quality they said they would deliver.

if I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered two shirts for a special event and was assured, especially paying for expedited delivery I would have them when I need them. They have not arrived and I am being told they are not delayed. so disappointed. I should have ordered from someone else. do not order from this store. p

They lie about shipping. I even paid more to expedite it, and it's pointless. It all comes from China and will get here 10 days later than what was originally said on the site while making my purchase. I ordered a music box for my wife with a picture of us that plays our song for our anniversary and it won't be here on time. Find another site. Don't be duped like me.

When I was checking out I used my Google pay and it reset the shipping address. I immediately emailed the team of my mistake and Vicky was quick to make the address change for me. Amazing service! Thank you all!

I ordered 8 shirts with my dog’s face, which is brown brindle around the eyes with white down the center of his face. I noticed that there was some splotching of color that should not be there (blues and pinks). This was obvious as it was not a normal dog coloring, and typically in or near his white area; I was surprised to see that it varied between images, but they seemed to all have defects.

I notified the company (and sent pictures, etc). I am happy to say that they did the right thing and remade all 8 shirts for me. Their customer service was good and they made it right.

Great customer service fast shipping

Horrible quality and extremely slow shipping. I ordered a customized shirt for about $18 and paid $8 for 7-12 day shipping. My order arrived after FIVE WEEKS.

The quality of the shirt is horrible. Even a $3 shirt from SheIn is better quality. I ordered black, and the shirt is a white base that is painted black. The material is terrible, its like cheap Halloween costume fabric but feels like a very thin swimsuit. Not even Temu would sell clothes this quality. Absolutely feels like I got scammed. Would not recommend.

I ordered this as a gift, but I was too embarrassed by th poor quality to gift it so it was a waste of nearly $30.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a custom plush toy from this website as a Christmas gift for my son. The product images showed a 3D plush, but what I received was a tiny, flat 2D version—just my child's drawing printed on two fabric pieces and sewn together. When I requested a refund, they refused. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and was able to dispute the charge. This is a scam, and it’s unacceptable for them to profit by deceiving children and their parents.

order something paid for express shipping took a month to arrive. the said working time 5 to 7 days, it took 12. ordered it on the 2nd of February it is now 3 or March still not here
