MyFaceTshirt Reviews

Items were not shipped as expected. There was no details about confirming the order which caused even further delays. I put my order Jan 29th and am still yet to receive my items which were intended to be gifted on Valentine's day. I have been told more than a month later that the items were not even produced until very recently.

This is by far the worst I have ever seen. First, the shirt is a polyester shirt and not a cotton t-shirt as advertised. The delivery was 4 days late, the pictures and the name on the shirt were all moved towards the bottom half of the shirt which looks horrible. Super cheap looking and would definitely not recommend.

It did not arrive when the estimated time frame came almost week late and the quality of the shirt is very poor. And the pictures are not blended you can see all the line from each picture not cute at all.

I ordered from this site Feb 1st and I was to receive it around Feb 10th. It is showing my order is still in Texas and it is now the 18th. This was a gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Highly disappointed.

Please don’t waste your time. Maybe I can save you money. The material is a cheap
Shiny And see through material , the neck line is stretched out , there are threads coming out of the shirt. It’s a joke . For the price they should be shamed. They never even responded to my message

They’re scamming people. Order placed on January 26th and still haven’t arrived. Got an email saying they were returning to sender because of an incomplete address. I screenshotted my order confirmation and my full shipping address, email, and phone number are all correct. Don’t use the site, they will rip you off

The items I have purchased have been great and were delivered in a very timely manner. Have ordered a couple times and have been very satisfied. There was a problem with one of my items and they went above and beyond to fix and replace this item!

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing. My order is 18 days late and it was for Valentine’s Day. When I purchased I paid extra shipping for it to be here in the 10. Estimated arrival is now the 28th. Hopefully it actually comes.

First issue I ran into was uploading 5 photos to get my first draft with 2 of the same photo on it and missing the actual 5th photo. Then they took forever to make the correction and once I received the correction the placement wasn’t even well thought out so another adjustment needed to be made and I have yet to hear or receive the shirt. It’s been almost a month and nothing. This was supposed to be a valentines gift which is clearly not arriving in time.

This company is an absolute scam. The products they sent were terrible quality. Reached out 3 times so far to their customer service with no response. I wish I could give zero stars.

WHAT WENT WRONG? Give me my bloody refund now. I am still not backing away from the idea of a lawsuit against your company. Where the F was your customer service at? I’ve been going back and forth emails and for what? Nothing!! My order will likely not even get to me on time and it is not even the correct order. I requested for a refund IMMEDIATELY WITHIN SECONDS OF THE ORDER ACCIDENTALLY BEING PLACED THROUGH MY APPLE PAY. It seems like the only choice I was left with was having to either accept a refund and not end up with a gift for valentines or accept the gift that I didn’t even confirm, and I doubt it will arrive in time .

I want my goddam refund for the terrible customer service I’ve had to endure and the headache and wait time and just scamming me without me even confirming my order. So incredibly ridiculous. Worst shop EVER.

horrible! i send 5pictures and instead of 5 i received tshirt with 2 cut out pictures.. i was waiting around 3weeks. if the pictures i sent werent ok, they should email me,i would send different ones. plus material is terrible!!!
Now i end up without a gift..

Would give zero if I could. Ordered a shirt as a gift and received someone else’s order. Tried to remedy the situation and get the correct shirt resent to me but after terrible communication all they offered was a refund of the shirt price. No refund of the shipping costs or the “shipping insurance” that they add to the order.

The shirt turned out great! It was bigger than I thought, but that was my fault. I sent them an email and received a quick response. We got everything figured out! I recommend!

Ordered 4 shirts from this company and the quality is SUPER bad. The threading is falling off when it's suppposed to be brand new. The elasticity of the head part is HUGE. There's no elasticity at all after you put it on once. Basically the shirts they advertise is NOT the same as the shirts that come in the mail. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Paid $30 for a chemical smelling cheap material shirt. NOT cotton made stretch out neck collar. Not even looking like the example as shown.. crap !!!

The quality of the shirt is literal trash. I am so annoyed I can’t even give this as a gift because it’s embarrassing.

Crappy quality shirt and my order was for 3xl and I got a small. I know I put the correct size but they claim it's my fault size s was selected and will not rectify the situation and offer only 10% off another shirt

The shirt came later than indicated when I placed the order, but they replied to me super quick after I emailed. It came the following day. The picture quality is perfect. The shirts material is super soft. I am very pleased with the price, quality, and customer service!!!! I will 100% be ordering more products from this company!

The hoodies arrived on time but my order was wrong, the "roman numeral" date is just regular numbers. The thread color ordered on one was wrong, and they are different brands/quality between both shifts ordered. They aren't terrible hoodies but not what I ordered and not really worth what I was charged, won't be returning because it says I'll be responsible for the additional shipping but will definitely not be a return shopper.
