Shirt is nice but shipping is a nightmare. It took longer than expected and got delivered 1/2 mile away. They said it was because I gave an invalid address but every carrier in the US finds my place. They should place the blame on themselves for using a crappy carrier not the customer.

The production process was quick and responsive. Just still haven’t received order yet and estimated time of delivery changed twice to 12/24. Almost been a whole month since I put in the order and tracking still says it’s in airline departure status since 12/27.

Shipping took more than the promised 10 days. My package is more than two weeks late and they just keep saying it’s on the way, but do not give me proof that it was ever even processed. This website has to be a scam.

I ordered a large shirt on December 6th and didn’t receive my shirt until December 28th. I paid for quick shipping for it to arrive before Christmas and received two emails explaining the delay. It arrived as a size small when I ordered an XL, it’s in a weird thin stretchy athletic material, the images are off center towards the bottom of the shirt, and arrived in a cut open package. I reached out for an exchange and to express my disappointment and I’m currently still waiting for a reply. The mailing address it came from was somewhere in California but the return on the website asks you to send it to Hong Kong. This company is not suitable for international orders.

Its been a nightmare trying to get my shirt from this company. Customer service is horrible. Communication is only thur email. It takes 48 hours for a responds. She just keep repeating the same phrase. Never answering any of my questions. Its a lot of back and forth with no resolution. I gave great detail on the mistake that was made on the shirt. I was told " rest assured it will be fixed in a timely manner ". 12 days later I'm still being asked for more information for modification. It's was a simple as please show the engagement ring on my finger.

It's like there are only reading half my emails. Rest assured I'm very unsatisfied. They will not refund my money and keep saying they will fix it. I get a email saying I have a updated product. Just for me to go look and it's the same pictures with the mistake. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Save your time and money and order from another company.

My face t-shirt is definitely to be recommended! I ordered a men's t-shirt. The t-shirt arrived before the delivery date. The quality of the print is perfect and the size L fits perfectly. The e-mail service works wonderfully. I am very satisfied.

I am actually disappointed in this. Have seen so many with this t shirt. And good reviews. But the t shirt i got it's not that :(
The quality on the t shirt is not good, it's silky like and a fabric that does not feel great on the skin and is not breathing;( This is a insane good idea so I don't understand why you can't have a good quality t shirt in cotton..

We loved the pajamas we ordered . Product was well designed and delivery was smooth. Sara from the customer service department was great. She was very helpful in attending and solving my concerns.

I sent in pictures used their site to highlight the faces I wanted and it picked up a random extra face... We chose two pictures for a two face shirt and end up having a third random face.

Great customer service and worked well with my modifications.

I have not received my order. I have been contacting them through their web page and not one responds. This is very sad think this will be the last time I order from them. Never had problems in the past, but when you have a problem, they don’t respond. They’re now in the business of taking your money and not getting back to you when you have a problem they say it’s three business days to ship out, but then you never received the shipment.

I still didn't get my order in the time period that you promised. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and my order still hasn't even shipped yet. I followed up through email and all the customer service did was repeating the same thing and did nothing. It was the most slowest purchase I've ever made.
