MakePhotoPuzzleUK Reviews

Processing the order was easy and straight forward. I have had some questions regarding my order and the service and prompt response from Grace has been amazing, helpful and really appreciated. Look forward to receiving my product.

Avoid this company. Firstly they are not in the UK, the item came from China. The quality is shockingly bad and it smelt like chemicals, there is no way I would give this to anyone as a gift. I complained and quoted the consumer act but was fobbed off with a refund of £4.79. Total waste of money.

Awful product viewmaster images shockingly low quality have asked for refund but the process doesn’t seem to work?

Grace went above and beyond with any questions that I had. Reassured all my concerns as I was asking for something a little different. I highly recommend and I cannot wait to receive my doll which is being made for my friends birthday.
So thank you Grace for all your help.

Kind regards

Jacqui

The product is amazing! On top of this, Grace (who i emailed) was beyond kind and generous!

I’ve only given this one star because i can’t give it zero. Thus was a terrible quality product that misrepresented the finished product. I would urge people not to buy. They inflate prices for very, very low quality products that make no sense. AVOID!!

Went the extra mile to ensure a tight deadline was met with ease!

Had constant updates throughout the process as I needed a,speedy delivery and was really pleased with everything.

This is such a good idea!! I did not know though how specific you could be on the items so I would have been a bit more detailed in my options
I know it’s only a car hanger but it’s done very well and pretty good delivery I will definitely be ordering again

Amazing service and communication!!!

Very helpful and understanding regarding a replacement of my order. Communication was good throughout and I was constantly kept updated.
Very happy with the finished product

Purchased a view finder and the pictures were awful. All graining and no definition so just blurry and pixelated. Requested a full refund and send 2 days arguing and offered part refund.. i would not recommend as just wasting money and seem yo have no customer sercice at all

This website is absolutely ridiculous by advertising free delivery over 49 pounds but at the checkout still asking to pay delivery for 8 pounds the cheapest. Moreover, on the personalised gift for mum with a frame when preparing the order you don't have a selection for roses as square or heart, so basically you don't know what kind of product you will be sent. In addition, if you try to get in touch with customer service is only an automated robot where actually is saying that you are talking to one of the experts team member. As mentioned above, absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This is yet another scam company on the internet. I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot first, before placing an order with these scammers! Had I read them, no way I would have placed an order with them. I relied on this company to deliver something special for Valentines Day! I am disgusted by them and please do yourself a favour, avoid this company like the plague!

Not as advertised!

Not a custom plushie but a print of your picture on the pillow. I could do that myself for half the price. Very disappointed that I didn’t read these reviews upfront.

A most wonderful gift.
Arrived and came in great condition.
Lovely gift. Very pleased with it

Did not receive my item, received an email to say it had been delivered only to find photos of a random front door that isn't mine.
Contacted customer services who are sending useless replies like check with everyone in your household check your mailbox etc...
I've already said this isn't my house.
Opened a dispute with PayPal who found In the sellers favour as they have proof of delivery even though it's been misdelivered.
Absolute waste of my time and money and they are also based in China not the Uk

Says it’s UK site but it’s actually China. Order arrived bent and broken. Partially the shipping company’s fault, but they also packed it in a thin cardboard with no padding or anything. Photos are also not great condition. Overall I think definitely not worth the high price point

'Plushie' arrived but not as advertised! Stay away! the item i order was a custom plushie for my child, i got sent a print out of the picture on a 'pillow' not a plushie. Asked for a refund as misadvertised, still waiting reply. Avoid!

I had a small problem with my order but the customer service I received from Vivian was second to none
Well done

i spent over £50 of 3 personalised action figures, i received 3 crappy pieces of vinyl! company is in Hong Kong and a total scam!!!! AVOID at all costs!!!!!
