Do not use. Product never arrived, despite ordering it over 30+ days. The tracking system doesn’t work, when challenged they blamed the courier, now after paying £36.72, they’ve offered me a refund of £19.75… how does that make any sense. Ordered on 27th November, spent £26.73 on a pair of boxers, plus £9.99 “express” delivery.

It’s a fake website, they’ll take your money but nothing will arrive.

Great service from these guys and the keychain was brilliant, even the little box it came in was awesome… it does take a little time to get to you so order early or get premium delivery… but al in all was great.

Fraudulent has a website uk address but shipping from china and charges for fast delivery £7.99 but never updated tracking details and then I emailed them and they tell me it’s going to be 12days later than Christmas and it was a Christmas gift that they said it was personalised so it takes longer all the items are personalised so they are knowingly selling gifts that can not be delivered on time and selling extra fast shipping that doesn’t exist

Absolutely awful. A product advertised as a 3d doll (including pictures of it!) has small print stating this is just a picture.

Furthermore, I submitted photographs of my daughters so the image would resemble them, but received back something that looks nothing like them at all, in a print out that looks like it was done at home in a poorly made frame.

Really bad product, total waste of money. Avoid.

Further comment - after this response I received an email from customer services who explained the product as being a stylized artistic effect rather than a photorealistic 3D sculpture. They will refund half of my cost.

While I acknowledge this customer service, this does not distract from my review of the product and I maintain my view that this is a bad product and waste of money - you would be better off just printing the photos you send them and putting these in a frame. After offering the partial refund the customer service operator then asked me to change my review - my satisfaction is clearly not the motivation for them here.

Biggest scam ever. Extremely disappointed.
Instead of 3D effect figurines i got a little drawing of a figurines on the key chain.

Elsie and Sara were brilliant with their responses when I had made a few mistakes with my order! Completely my fault and they resolved the issue super quickly for me which is amazing considering they were customer orders. Thank you guys so much!

Really great service, I have just moved and accidentally put my old address but I messaged them and they corrected it straight away. Would definitely buy from them again

I haven't received my items yet as I have only just placed the order however I am quite upset with the extra hidden charges they add. Firstly £2.99 for VIP shipping. I didn't select this yet it was added on? Then they added on a tip for themselves aswell for £2.50. It seems untrustworthy and I am a bit worried now that this is a scam. I can't understand how it's legal. You try and unselect these extras but it doesn't work. There was also another extra for shopping insurance at £2.99 so be careful if buying from here!

I ordered a shirt with my face on it for my partner. The rendering turned out amazingly, I love the shirt. The customer service was also really timely and helpful. The image they sent of the rendering confused me for a second because it was rendered without sleeves but they were happy to clarify that the sleeves would be added later on. I can't wait to see my partner's reaction to the shirt! Amazing company!

These are the 7th and 8th shirts I’ve bought from this company. The prints are exactly as requested, the shirts are soft, comfortable and light-weight, so can easily be washed through and quickly dried - ideal for on holiday. I will definitely be making future purchases.

Their customer service are not at all helpful and seem to be running a petty grift. They sent mock ups which were radically different in design quality from what is shown on the website. They asked what I thought of these and to send additional photos over. I pointed out exactly what was wrong and was optimistic this would be fixed and sent over additional photos. The next email I got said that they were already in production with the obvious design flaw and that to amend them they'd need additional money.

I also noticed that they've got a fake 'sale ends in five minutes' ticker whenever you enter the site to encourage you to make a purchase quickly. They also seem to add hidden fees to every order, only after you've already entered your card details.
2 x 12.95 for the product = 25.90 + 6.99 shipping, but the order came to 46.87. Because of the ticker I stupidly accepted and only realised the mistake afterwards, but it's baffling that this is not an illegal business practice.

i ordered a customized shirt and was a bit skeptical as there was no preview or option to edit what it would look like however when it arrived i was pleasantly surprised with the final product!

I ordered based on the measurements provided on the website, but the product was too large, so I had to place a new order. I understand it was a custom order, but since the incorrect sizing was due to an error on the size chart, I had hoped the product would be replaced. Instead, I had to repurchase it. Other than that, the customer service was fairly quick and satisfactory.
