Poor quality products and questionable fees. I would avoid, this is not a trustworthy business and not located in the United Kingdom.

Very poor customer service. I was originally told I would need to approve a proof l, I did not in fact i told them how awful the product was and they basically told me it was tuff and they had already sent it to printing and I could not have a refund. Awful company

I ordered the Custom 3D Viewfinder and Reel on 26/01/25 and it arrived 10/02/25. It was apparently discounted to £21.99. Postage was extra. It is not worth it. It is cheap looking/feeling, some of the photo's are damaged, it's just a very very poor value for money item. Please don't waste your money.

I was a bit sceptical when I saw an advert come up for these figurines but I was really surprised with their quality when they arrived.

Communications was very good from the vendor and delivery was pretty quick too.

Having received them I checked out the instructions that are downloaded/accessed via a QR code and found them really easy to follow.

Although it estimated it would take 90 mins to build the two figurines I was done in half that time.

They look really good and are a really close likeliness to how the people they are based on look.

This is a great gift for someone and will definitely be coming back again to buy more.

I purchased a customised pet figurine from them, with the additional review of the design before production.
The process was easy and they were able to make the tweaks to the design that I asked for.
The bricks were delivered in a nice box and there was a QR code for the building instructions. The instructions were clear and I like that you can rotate the view on the instructions.
I’m really pleased with my pet figurine and would recommend this product based on my experience.

Absolute scam, fake address used on my order, automated email responses. After nearly 5 weeks the item arrived faulty and really poor quality. I have logged a fraud claim with my bank and an investigation has been opened.

My photo puzzle exceeded my expectations and is for my grandson’s 10th birthday early next month. It arrived in a timely manner and the personalised box was a lovely, unexpected surprise.

A great way to enjoy special memories.

I Advise you to persist to obtain a refund if required. I ordered a viewer with photo disc and even though over priced for what it was I was excited as it was a gift that if worked would have been greatly appreciated. the item arrived late even though I paid extra for express processing. Upon eventual arrival the item was faulty and the disc would not insert into the viewer. Some images were even printed upside down and the viewer just shredded the disc when trying to use.
I contacted the company to complain and request a refund. This ended up taking 9 separate emails expressing my legal consumer rights and they offered me 5% compensation in the first instance expressing it was a personalised item so not refundable. I advised them of their legal responsibilities for faulty goods. Only by the time I sent the 9th email threatening to take this further legally did I finally obtain a full refund for the purchase.
I recommend for anyone to avoid this company and if you do use be persistent if you need to obtain a refund. The company need to also do a little homework on the legalities of trading as a supposedly UK based company.

I’d give no stars if possible, disgusting customer service, refuse refunds without proof of delivery, told me to go to the last mile carrier which was Amazon apparently, so I did and Amazon stated that I never ordered it on my Amazon account so I have to go to the scammers at makephotopuzzle.
I went back to them and said why u sending me to Amazon when they said it’s YOU that has to deal with it, then all of a sudden after being banged to rights they have a dedicated logistic department that will look into it, laughable, no refund mind you, company is a fraud, their name has uk In it so they can scheme buyers from the uk, they are in fact based in Hong Kong, they will not help you, they never delivered my item and refuse to give me a refund! My bank has had to deal with it all now which I’m so greatful for, I pray they all get jail time and shut down this is a scam!

Avoid this company. As other reviewers have pointed out, they are NOT a UK company. I ordered a retro viewer as a Christmas present. It was sent, from HongKong, in a thin plastic postal bag. The viewer was in a flimsy cardboard box and the reel was in a plastic bag - so it arrived smashed up and not for for use. Customer service was awful. Eventually after a lot of perseverance, I got a partial refund. take my advice DO NOT use this company.

I bought an item end of November, and shipping times said 8-10 days, which is fine. Then my order sat in Yodel depot for 11 days, and I contacted customer service to see what the issue was. Long story short the item was sent back to the supplier, and I am still trying to get a full refund for this and its now 11th Jan 2025. The customer service says this is something to do with my address, but I have checked with yodel and my address is correct.

I ordered a personalised puzzle at £30, and because this was a personalised order they are refusing to give me the full refund, despite me raising concerns with shipping early on and explaining this was bought for a Christmas present.

This company is based in Hong Kong and do not care about their customers. I was receiving two separate emails from them replying to one of my emails saying completely different things. The parcel is damaged and being sent back to the sender... so it has been nothing to do with my address!

Despite me explaining this, they are not giving me a full refund...

Do not recommend, waste of time!!

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 2 photo viewers for Xmas at a cost of over £50.
The photo quality is so bad that you can barely see the image and the machines are cheap and flimsy.
I have been chasing a refund for over a month and still have nothing but excuses.

Wish I had read the reviews online first. Product was absolutely shoddy and cheap and not even a near likeness to what was advertised. A complete and utter waste of money. I am too embarrassed to give it as a gift. It was ordered on the 11th December (obviously as a Christmas present) and finally received it on 9th January!! I finally accepted a partial refund from (as I thought it unlikely I was ever going to receive it) as I wanted the whole debacle to be over with. No feelings were ever acknowledged and I felt I was liaising with a robot. Too late for me but thank goodness we have a thing like Trust Pilot to warn others!

Do not order from this website. Item not as described or pictured, extremely poor quality, unable to gift to my nephew for his birthday as planned. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Do not use this company. My product looked nothing like the ones advertised when you send off a drawing and they make it into a plush. It was as if they printed out the drawing into a bit of material and stuffed it .

Wish I could give no stars at all, I wish I read the reviews first hand, I ordered my friend for her birthday her dog on a cushion, to not noticing this company is in china and it said I would have the item, in ten to 15 business days, within 5 minutes I emailed asking to cancel, it took them 24 hours to get back to me, to be then told they couldn’t refund as the item was on transit, I called bull on that, a personalized item done already gone in a day but yet wouldn’t be here 10 to 15 days , absolute site , please everyone avoid using,

Parcel never arrived at destination, despite the tracking saying it was signed for. I was provided with zero evidence and for any sort of refund or resending the product, I’d have to jump through required steps I can’t possibly provide.

I ordered a personalised item from makephotopuzzleuk (they aren't even in the UK ...Hong Kong !! Be aware) a retro photo viewer with a special holiday on the photos, what arrived was beyond unacceptable , scratched , ripped and just not usable -Avoid this company like the plague, their customer service is shocking, I've been offered paltry amounts rather than the actual amount it cost, and even offered £20 one day to then be offered a lower amount the next day £3.99. AVOID AVOID AVOID -you cant use your consumer rights or small claims as they are not registered in the UK---I've wasted £30 -but have been reassured by the company that many hours and labour has gone into this product !!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with makephotopuzzle.co.uk. The product I received was of exceptionally poor quality and completely defective. The reel was not properly glued together and started falling apart as soon as I took it out of the packaging. The pictures were misaligned, the holes for spinning the reel were mispositioned, and worst of all, the images were upside down and of very poor quality.

To make matters worse, their so-called refund and exchange policy is an absolute scam. Despite advertising a hassle-free process, they flat-out refused to provide a refund or exchange when I contacted them about the defective product.

Adding insult to injury, it turns out this is actually a company based in China, profiteering off of UK customers while ignoring the protections we have in place around distance selling and misrepresentation. This is blatant exploitation, and they clearly do not care about quality or customer satisfaction.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. It’s a complete waste of money, and their customer service is appalling.
