DO NOT use this company. Not based in the UK at all and do not deliver anything close to the product ordered OR in the timeframe quoted.

Absolute scam of a site. Just don't.

SCAM WEBSITE! do not buy from here. said it was a UK website, but when i emailed to track the late delivery, they said it was stuck at customs? also, when i put my card details in they took an extra £10 for “priority shipping” and “VIP delivery” (a load of rubbish cause it took over 2 weeks to come) do yourself a favour and order from the official website not this awful fraudulent one

I wish I had read the reviews of this company!!. Save your money . I order a personal action figure for my wife . It is the worst quality I have seen . Its just a cheap key ring.I paid £27 and it’s not worth anything. Email sent to them, asking for refund but I’m not holding my breath .

Unfortunately I can't review the product itself as if never arrived. I spoke to customer service on a number of occasions but was given an excuse everytime for why I haven't received my item. It's been several weeks and I missed the event I initially brought the item for. Additionally I paid extra for a faster service and I was offered a 2.99 refund for all my troubles.

Giving one star because it's not possible to give none..TERRIBLE quality, nothing like the item advertised..Wish I had researched the reviews before I spent my money. Rip-off

Terrible products absolut con artists do not buy you will not get what you ordered I ordered an action figure and got a key ring for £30

There was a misprint on the jigsaw puzzle I had ordered, Elsie, the lady who helped me was very kind, polite, efficient and professional. I got emails back within 24 hours of sending mine and the problem was rectified extremely quickly, all I had to do was send a picture of the misprint on the puzzle and the box. Very happy with how quickly and easily it was resolved.

Responsive, clear, timely communication. Helpful. Very positive experience.

I recently discovered this website, and since it was my first time ordering from them, I decided to take a chance before reading any reviews. I purchased a personalised mini music record player box as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and me. After reading other reviews, I was stressing out that the quality of the product will be really bad or that I will never receive my package but it was really unnecessary. My order came in a very good quality, it looks beautiful and I’m so happy with it. Yes, the package came from china. I ordered it on October 5th it was supposed to be 7-10 working days standard delivery as stated when ordering, but then it was showing on their website that it will be expected to be delivered by October 24th so I was worried that I won’t receive it on time by October 25th -our anniversary date, but actually it arrived on Sunday, October 19th. I just want to say Thank you for such a beautiful gift and I can’t wait until my boyfriend will see it, I’m sure he will like it as much as I do.

Very disappointed with delivery as i paid for 3/5 day delivery which come after that time period, but was fully refunded the difference, brilliant customer service and my query was dealt with very quickly and the music box I got for my son and daughter in law for there wedding anniversary was absolutely beautiful 😍 would definitely recommend and buy from them again 😀

Placed an order for a personalised CD. I chose the tracks and supplied photos.
This is for my daughter's forthcoming wedding. I wanted it quickly so paid extra for express delivery.
Then I read reviews and was worried also learning that it was coming from China.
If I had read the reviews first I would not have ordered. However, I am now glad that I didn't read the reviews because I am absolutely delighted with the product and also the service.
I received it just eight days after placing the order and the quality of the photos and CD is excellent.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY!
I made an order for a father's day present and it has just arrived... it cost me £34 and it isn't worth a penny. It is a cheaply printed card and doesn't look anything like my dad or me. It is cheap, nasty and bin worthy! I also never received a confirmation order number so I can't even return it. I have tried to contact customer services and have received nothing. Save your money and time and DO NOT BUY from this company

I just purchased off this site without doing any research. I wish i had as it seems to be a fake site. None of the links to contact them or track order even work. When you click on them it says page not found. They only have 5 star reviews yet it’s not possible to leave a review.

I reached out to the company with a query about delivery dates and I had a very prompt response from the team, throughout the whole time of my product being created and produced I have had quick communication with the team, I would like to specially mention Elsie who has been amazing! Would definitely recommend to others and order again!

RIP OFF.. .. Limited models can be produced, no dogs. I paid £2.99 to preview the design before sending and it was totally wrong. I asked for a refund and they will only give me 50% of it. What was the point from a customer perspective? It was over £40. TOTAL RIP OFF... DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

Do not use this company. The website is NOT in the UK. CHINA. I ordered a plushie and it is pitiful. Stitching was visible where it shouldn't be, was only the length of my hand it should have been at the minimum 15" in height.- it was "9. I contacted them via their online chat and because the email with evidence didn't arrive in their inbox immediately, they ended the chat without resolution. PayPal were contact and I have started a dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,

We finally received the item 2 weeks delayed and it had been damaged in transit with the side broken and lid not closing properly. I am really disappointed in the quality of the build and the packaging used which was unsuitable in protecting the item in transit.
Looking at the refund process outlined on the website, this also appears not user friendly and I am very disappointed overall.
I will attempt to glue and salvage what I can but I consider this a waste of my money (over £50 with postage and packaging) and I will update a review to that effect.
They need to invest a little heart and soul into their production and delivery process. Delivering quality will encourage and retain customers to build your business.
Currently they are very poor, please do not waste your money.
