Some of my pic was missing off one of my pictures

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a purchase and when I contacted them they responded immediately and took care of my issue.

It was a great gift in the end . As their was a few problems but emails were answered quickly and was offered refunds along way but was kept informed of the problems . Glad I kept with it as final item brilliant.

I was informed of the status of the progress of the item from the start. Any emails I sent were promptly responded to. Was good to see that. Order was received and was exceptional.

Due to an order glitch, I requested a refund for the items ordered as they were out of stock. Vivian immediately replied to my request offering me options including a refund. Vivian promptly acted upon my request and the refund was deposited in my account the next day. Kudos to Vivian on her excellent customer service! 👍👍

They where very helpful. They helped me make sure it was what I wanted. Great job. These will be cherished forever. Arrived today and I can't wait to see the little boys face when he gets them.

My order was completely messed up. My pictures was not they way I placed them. They put the pics where they wanted them. Some pics face was cut off from shirts and others was not. School name was showing on some and the others it was not. The sleeves was not the same. Some sleeves had the graduation caps and some didn't. I will never order from this website again. If I could show pics, I would. The shirts was ball up in a bag.

Horrible! Ordered a towel with my son's face on it. It was paper thin and mean thinner than paper with no border on the edges it was awful. And you can not exchange it

My husband ordered me a pillow with my grandmother's picture,it looks nothing like the picture. It looks like a picture of auntjemina,I am so disappointed i hate the pillow.

The initial shirt received had several quality issues including peeling decal lettering, photo editing/cropping issues and poor quality of the shirt itself with several loose threads. However, upon contacting customer service, I was assisted by Elsie who was very helpful, communicative and went above and beyond making sure every issue was addressed, rectified and personally approved by me before resending it to production for reprint.
I have yet to receive the newest product, but I am very pleased with the service and help from the customer support team, especially Elsie. Issues happen, it’s how they are addressed that speaks volumes to a companies quality of care. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Right after ordering I realized I wanted a different color shirt. The website was easy to use in order to submit a request to change it and Vicky was quick to respond. My face T-shirt has great customer service and I really appreciate that :)

It’s impossible to even submit a support ticket because the website is already bugging. I specifically paid extra for express delivery so that my order would arrive before May 9th, which is an important date for me. However, when I checked the tracking information, it now says the product will arrive on May 17th. This completely defeats the purpose of paying more for faster shipping. Very disappointing experience.

Great customer service and attention to detail! I received a defective product and I was a little bummed. I sent an email and they responded quickly that they would get a functional product to me ASAP. I received my new item and it worked great! I appreciate a company with great customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would have done that. My product arrived late even though I paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap.
I ordered a viewfinder with extra cartridges. The slide cartridges are so cheaply made. We are talking card stock. They tear in the viewer and subsequently don’t rotate. The pictures were blurry and grainy and half of them were upside down. The picture on the front of the slide cartridges said Merry Christmas, even though it’s April and this was a birthday gift. I paid $49 and they refunded me $12. Do not use this company!!!

I ordered two music boxes and one of them did not work. I reached out via email and Vivian was prompt with a response to assist. Because I was communicating with them while at work, I was unable to provide the video requested but I detailed the problem as best I could via email. Vivian stayed in constant communication with me and MyFaceTshirt send a new music box that works perfectly. Thank you for the great customer service!

Great customer service. I purchased 3 music boxes. One did not work. The team worked with me to try to fix the defective item. After that did not work I was sent a replacement! It works just as the other 2!

I gave 5 stars because even thou the first music box I received was defective the company & Elsie were prompt with replacing it with a working one plus she stayed in constant communication- thank you for the great customer service!😊
