It kinda works but not really
The reality is, they report a credit of £150 against you. But your score cares about the usage of 1% to 25% of that amount. Your credit score is built up of various things, one of them being your usage trend. Since Pave is reporting zero usage, this really does not affect your score at all. Maybe by a few points, if that.
You're better off finding a credit card company that will give you an initial £200 credit, which if you use correctly (1% - 25% a month), you will not only see your score increase but your initial credit amount will increase substantially!
This in my opinion is not worth it, not for a 12 months subscription. You can built a better score in 12 months without such services.

1. Credit Insights - monitors your credit report and recommends personalised actions to help you increase your score.
2. Pave Rewards - helps you develop healthy financial habits by giving you a chance to earn cash prizes for completing challenges, such as paying bills on time.
3. Bills Protection - allows you to access a pre-determined portion of your Pave credit line when you don't have enough funds to pay for an upcoming eligible bill (subject to eligibility)

Would have never trusted an "app" that increases your credit score but holy damn, it actually works! My credit score is super low atm due to cost of living yadda yadda and having to choose between food or bills. However with the help of Pave I've actually managed to get back on track! My credit score is increasing back to average levels!

Targets
Right, where do I even begin? I was financially irresponsible before I started using PAVE. The UI is extremely friendly and their app literally lays out the groundworks for you to achieve your goals. I’m still building my credit but PAVE really has helped immensely.
