Initially my order was overlooked and because I asked when my order was being delivered, you discovered the problem. Now, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER! So, at this point, your business and product can NOT be totally reviewed. The process of letting your customer know their order status appears problematic.

Where are my shoes?!

I placed my order on November 23 with "5-6 business days" as the expected delivery time. It is now December 9 -- 2-1/2 weeks since ordering and no delivery and no response for an expected delivery date from the merchant. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Still no package and no movement in…

Still no package and no movement in status. Very disappointed. Was assured last week it was moving since it had cleared customs but still stuck. The order number is Order No. PU6151

Well worth the wait!

It is unbelievable how poorly this…

It is unbelievable how poorly this company e-commerce operates. After waiting for delivery of the product for several weeks, I received a notice of a partial refund through Paypal. This company did not even bother to send a notice of cancelation or an explanation. Furthermore, I had to actively email them a request for the rest of my money.
Don’t buy from this company!

Unfortunately, upon looking into this further, this parcel was returned to us due to the delivery address being invalid and the shipment being unable to be sent. We shall investigate this further and are very sorry for this.

Therefore, when we received this item back in the warehouse we issued a refund. An email should have been sent detailing this but we are very sorry if this was not received. We have now ensured that a full refund of this order has been processed.
