My dog Luna's new bed is excellent and she is really enjoying using it.
The wait time for the bed was long due to problems with delivery to Pawpedics from overseas - not the fault of Pawpedics. Throughout the whole process, Alex from Pawpedics communicated clearly and in a timely manner.

Absolutely love the Pawpedics dog bed! Max took to it straight away and absolutely loves it. It’s really comfortable, supportive and he spends heaps of time relaxing on it now. You can tell it’s made with quality materials and built to last.

The customer service was also fantastic — super friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Couldn’t be happier with the bed or the service. Highly recommend Pawpedics! 🐾❤️

Our big boofhead has severe hip dysplasia. He sat in the boucle cover as if it was the best thing in the world. Then we rolled out the mattress and he went nuts. Previously plonking on our hardwood jarrah floor, he’s now heading to the mattress for every sleep stint. Awesome.

Our German Shepherd loves it — and so does our son! This is the second Pawpedics bed we’ve purchased... one for the lounge and one for our bedroom. It’s well made, arrived promptly, and feels sturdy, comfortable and properly supportive. It gives us peace of mind knowing our beautiful Shepherd's back, hips and joints are well supported.

Such great customer service and product. The bed was shipped almost at moment of purchase and arrived quickly. My greyhound got on this bed immediately and it really feels supportive and good quality. Worth the money when compared to cheaper beds. Would recommend.

My dog loves her bed. The materials are top quality. Customer service is great, the person you talk to is a real human and he knows the products inside out. I'd made a mistake on my first order, and while I couldn't return the item, Alex honoured the discount he had offered on my next purchase, without question, even though it was nearly 3 years later.

It was just after the black Friday sales and Pawpedics had completely sold out of the bed I had paid for. I didn't even have time to be disappointed because Alex was on to it straight away and offered me a few options. I chose a free upgrade and he tossed in a boucle outer cover, highlighting his commitment to customer service. Prompt delivery. Outstanding!

My girl, Frolic, a medium sized Newfie loves her large bed, it really is cooler than memory foam alone. Latex is the key. She can sprawl out and there's room for me too. Love the compact packaging too.

Love the new boucle covers for my doggies beds. They fit perfectly, look great and are very durable. Also, great communication about my order and delivery.

My large 1-year old greyhound loves his new pawpedics bed. I bought one big enough for him to stretch right out comfortably. He also likes to play with his toys on the bed. He doesn’t try to chew his pawpedic bed whereas I always have to stop him from chewing other types of pet beds. Pawpedic beds are great quality - I had one for my previous dog which she also loved. When she passed away, I donated the bed, still in perfect condition, to another happy hound.

We have two midi dachshunds (around 8kg each) happily sleeping on this bed. Both are 8 years old, one with arthritis, and the fact they can walk on/off this without needing effort was important to us. They look comfy and I like that I can wash the cover, I bought a backup to have while that dries. I hope that all the benefits of the structure help their little joints be as comfortable as they can be.
