I ordered a set of steps..not only did they not inflate like they should have they are useless, wouldnt reply other to say wait 3-5 days...waited still same..now no response from them...COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY..BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THEM

I loved the idea of this automatic self cleaning litter box and I mainly got it as I would have thought it helped with the smell. The smell is worse using this litter box over the $5 litter tray I use to have. The aromatherapy gels do absolutely nothing. The sensor and app controls can be dodgy Aswell. Definitely not worth the $350 odd paid for the litter box.

Easy to deal with and communication was great, would buy from again. The pricing was good as well! Happy with the items!

Very apprehensive about purchasing the grooming/vacuum item, until I noted a supplier was an Australian retail outlet (Myer) that are fantastic with returns. I figured I’d give it a go as it cost less than half what a routine grooming service costs me. It arrived within a week. I noticed the quality was relatively sound my hesitation was in relation to the blades, one side metal the other plastic. Well I turned on the vacuum that was less in volume than a hair dryer or a vacuum cleaner. My doods weren’t put off by it. We got onto trimming fur around my Labradoodles paws - as they were sliding on our timber floors. Wowsers we as in dogs and me were so impressed it was quick and tidy. My Banjo who is extremely sensitive (to the point of screaming and jumping and launching himself) was a little flinching and we needed a second set of hands. but as we were getting around he was a different dog. I had a go with the toe file as there was then notable tapping during the night. Unfortunately their nails were a bit too long for the file once I trim their nails down we will give the file attachment a go. Already recommended it to people in my circle.

This keeps cleaning or starts cleaning while my cat is in there. It’s started getting scared of it and has ended up
Doing its business on what should be the top of the barrel. I have contacted customer service twice and never heard back. Today as I was emptying the bin it then dumped 6 clumps of excrement where the bin normally is.

The bed is lumpy and the rottweiler prefers not to lie on it
we could also have got smaller size not the extra large and its a lot heavier than I envisaged to drag around

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience — buyer beware

I purchased an automatic litter box from this company and unfortunately had a very poor customer experience.

The unit itself was far larger than expected and completely unsuitable for my space. I contacted the company immediately to arrange an exchange for a smaller model, however I was told I needed to return the item at my own expense before anything could be considered.

The return freight alone cost me $120 — almost 50% of the price of the product, which feels completely unreasonable given I was simply trying to switch to a more suitable size. The item was unused, still wrapped, and only opened to check dimensions.

The lack of flexibility or customer support throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Between the high shipping costs and rigid return policy, I would not purchase from this company again.

I strongly recommend future buyers carefully consider the sizing and return costs before ordering — this has been an expensive lesson.

Purchased a Large Stroller Cruiser from Pawz and was extremely disappointed with the quality. After just one use — carrying nothing more than a cat — the upper sunshield support came loose from the side. No force was applied, and nothing heavy was placed on it.

I left a feedback review on their website on 4 January 2026 and, unsurprisingly, never received a response. The product quality was disappointing, but the customer service managed to be even worse.

Thanks to this company for the valuable lesson — I now know exactly where not to shop again.

At first our automatic litter box worked really well, but after only 1.5 years (and nearly $500), our litter box broke.
customer service was not any better, where they were not helpful at all.
i would recommend purchasing from somewhere else with such a high price point.
