Delays and out of stock items
I placed an order with Pet Circle on a Sunday evening just 24 hours after receiving an email that an out of stock item (dry cat food) was now back in stock. And then received an email on Tuesday apologizing that they no longer have it. Then I recieved an email on Wednesday stating that the delivery of the remaining items have been delayed. So not very happy with the experience.

Either ai chat or not. A company that has had repeat purchases and still couldn’t care less when a delivery is wrong. Purchased express shipping and even with photo evidence of wrong address I can’t get a simple next day delivery. I wanted your business but you actively go against it.

I’ve never had an issue in the 5+ years of being a customer but….
I know there are many issues regarding fuel atm but the cost of my dog food does not warrant jumping $36 from my last order. Disappointed?!, very much so.
