Absolutely fantastic quality matching collar and harness in a gorgeous print.
My puppy is comfortable and secure whilst we enjoy our adventures and everyone loves the design.
There are so many different styles to choose from so there is something for every puppy in the collection!

Poor customer service and returns policy needs reviewing.

As always (this is my fourth order), I am amazed at the quality of the items from this brand! I’ve had harnesses, rope leads, collars and accessories and the strength is unmatched anywhere else! The designs are so cute (as a Winnie the Pooh obsessed girlie) and I am so happy with how long lasting and great the apparel is. I ordered some rope leads to match my other sets today as I didn’t have the money to do so last year when my dogs needed harnesses, the screw clip is super secure and the clasp is about twice as strong as my old leads from Amazon. Super worth the price, durable, beautifully designed and the discounts you get with your points all make this brand top of the game for me! I will buy all my dog apparel from here from now on

Having used the sizing guide, the harness I bought is too small. I paid £34 plus postage, in total almost £40. The refund offered is £28 so I am significantly out of pocket for an item that I sized according to the website. I won't be using this company again.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

So to suggest you do offer exchanges is in complete contradiction.You won't find a request for an exchange because your website says you don't do exchanges. I would suggest you update/reword your policy on the website if this is not the case.

I entirely appreciate dogs come in different shapes and sizes which is why I used the size guide provided.

Got a harness for my small dog in the sale to test them out before i drop a fortune on a disney one, well i didnt need to bother because they are amazing, well made, locking, fit well, look so stylish! Will be gettinf a disney one next just wish you'd put locking clips on your collars too!

Very impressed. Fast delivery and items packaged super well. I ordered at 7pm for their SpongeBob launch. Got a dispatch email a few hours later.

It arrived the next day, which I was shocked with. The items are all perfect and look super nice on my dog.

Awful ... awful customer service.
..the Disney collection is of poorer quality .. im referring to the waterproof collars ..... the non Disney ones are of better quality.

Awful responses on customer service ... they take a day to answer and keep repeating themselves.
For a small business I would like to think each and every customer is important ! Clearly not !
I'll take my business elsewhere and certainly will tell people to avoid.

I will add my other dogs were a very pregnant sausage dog, and an elderly whippet ... who knew .... as I stated must be easily to break but apparently 5 times strength tested
... my dogs are Hulk :-)
