Be careful if item doesn’t fit, despite using the online tool for measurements, when the item arrived it didn’t fit, no exchanges offered so item returned at a cost to me, went to reorder only to find the item had increased in price and basically told tough, so I’ve paid out nearly £10 delivery fees for an item I don’t have, wanted me to send a photo of item on my dog after I had sent it back, so wouldn’t recommend unfortunately based on their customer service,

Despite what they’re saying about looking into the item when it was returned, we’ve heard nothing from them, I eventually purchased the same item from somewhere else, in the size needed, who responded straight away to issues,

This company failed to respond over a weekend so left us no choice but to return item in the run up to Christmas promptly,

I would give ten stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic company who deserves so much. I ordered a dog walking bag yesterday. It is perfect for my needs excellent quality, size etc,. and it has arrived this morning. I am so impressed. Never have I had a parcel come so quickly, especially so near Christmas, so well done to PAWSBOUTIQUE 👏👏👏👏👏I am a very happy customer

Had a problem with a harness but Nat was lovely and sorted the issue promptly. I sent it back and she sent a new one straight away as it was low stock. Thankyou so much Nat, can’t wait to put it on Enzo 😌⛰️💚

I honestly cannot fault this brand!! Every design is flawless and absolutely gorgeous, every team member is just iconic in their own way. It is such an incredible brand all round!

So upset that they missed my large gingerbread bear harness out of my parcel & now it’s all sold out.

Fuming that they don’t keep spares in case of human errors, they KNEW this harness would be popular so should’ve ordered more in.

I’ve shopped here quite a bit so makes me even more disappointed. Customer service is slow as well and don’t seem to care.

I've ordered from this company a couple of times now and I really like their products. The different choices of prints are fun, items are all well made and last well. Sale items are also amazing value for money, they're an absolute steal if you can buy them. However, the items are worth the original prices as are well made and durable. Even the box the items arrive in is pretty!

Shoutout to Sophie, Jay & Richard. The idea of no PPB without these three makes us shudder. Dog mum life would be a lot less cute and colourful. We love that Sophie worked so hard & didn't give up on her dream. Each and every time a new product or collaboration comes out, it's another little reminder to never give up!!

I have only recently discovered PPB and I'm addicted already. The quality of their products is amazing and the designs are beautiful and so unique!! Delivery is super fast. My latest order I made a mistake not once but twice and the customer service was amazing at resolving this for me. They go above and beyond. We love PPB and will continue to purchase their products for years to come ❤️

The content Teigen creates is absolutely amazing. She blows my mind every single time I see a picture on Instagram or Facebook and like the photos are phenomenal she always blows me away with how creative she gets with the content that she posts and it’s always a joy to see the content.

We adore PPB, this is not our first order - we have been customers for years now and we love every single product, they are all so well made, super strong materials with such incredible detail that you cannot find anywhere else!

This one’s for Teigen! What an angel she is! We first met Teigen at one of the sample sales, where she fell in love with our little Maverick! In fact Teigen minded him for us so we could shop, giving him so much love and attention! Our second time meeting Teigen was when Riley came to PPB HQ for the Mean Girls collection, what an absolutely amazing day we had! Teigen made both me and Riley feel so comfortable, and made sure we had everything we needed for the day! We had the best time with Teigen and she made our day! The photos and content were absolutely stunning too! We love what you do Teigen, keep up the amazing work!
