Really helpful & honest advice

The botanical pendants were an amazing idea. I live in the country and the few weeks that my dogs had the pendants attached to their collars they were flea and tick free. Unfortunately the pendant needed a better design to keep the oil packets from falling out. Please work on the design and don’t give up on this product. In the meantime, thank you for the refund.

I have not seen any changes in my dog after taking the item. I will continue, but hopefully there will be a change.

I just don’t have the money right now to invest with the product I did save it for later though thank you

Significant improvements! 3 months in, no scooting, only scratches at collar, but still biting legs, less smell, occasional paw licking and more dry cushion days than wet (from licking!). I tried to drop her second supplement (started before this), but symptoms increased; this has not been able to replace that one, but it was not nearly as effective as yours. Well worth the investment!

This company appears to be fraudulent. I have multiple tickets and multiple phone messages regarding an order that was sent to a wrong address a month ago. It was never corrected and now I get an email about another shipment billed and sent to the same wrong address. None of my tickets have been answered. I never was informed I was automatically signed up for a subscription. I never requested monthly shipments. How can a subscription be activated if no orders have ever been delivered???!

The pawsy labs works great.
She stopped licking paws. Scooting. Etc.
Her tummy settled down great no more rumbling squiking noises. And going off her food for days. She is more lively.
Eyes look brighter. And genuinely happy in herself. Some nasty things came out of her. Thankyou from me and pop's

Pawsy Labs has charged me 96.00+ for parasite drops for the past three months. At my advanced age, I had no idea I was underwriting a subscription which involves sending me three bottles at a time. I have one dog. Who in the world needs 9 bottles of ANY product in 3 months? Dubious business practice at best. Instagram is getting notorious for allowing these shadow subscriptions to continue and a less savvy digital customer is unknowingly roped in. Shame!

Tried the product as my dog has irritated and itchy skin on his belly. Unfortunately this did not alleviate the issue for my dog.

This company immediately responded to my concerns immediately. I received my order and appreciate their attentiveness.

Although I am still waiting for noticeable results, I would like to commend the people at this company. Automatic deliveries was accidentally activated, immediately upon being advised of this, this company cancelled this, apologized, and thanked me for trying their product.

Sorted my problems quickly.

The product didn’t affect my dog at all. But your people were helpful in canceling my subscription and stopping and refunding the current shipment.
