I cancelled my account and told them I wasn’t renewing. I deleted everything but they took payment anyway. It’s impossible to cancel.

Trying to register my tag but apparently it's changed companies, it's now under the the Supernormal Family who ever they are. I've tried Google nothing comes up for pawtag so I'm getting a bit dubious about this company as it won't let me log in

Been trying to cancel for months to no avail with email, the forms or anything. Reached out to them via Instagram as a last ditch attempt before having to cancel the card the sub was linked to and was helped by Aimee and all I can say is she was a delight, explained they’d been having trouble with their emails and things and was really sorry and cancelled my sub immediately. Would be careful before buying but hopefully they get the email and cancelling issue sorted and it’ll be all good again

found the tag unsuitable for my large, active, water-loving dog, so I tried to cancel my subscription.
Unfortunately, the cancellation process was very frustrating. Emails were slow to be answered, and I was repeatedly directed to an online cancellation link that did not work. I had to contact American Express and formally cancel in writing before the issue was finally resolved.
It took several months and a lot of effort to get the subscription cancelled.
The idea behind the product is good, but customer service and the cancellation process need serious improvement.

Easy to setup and use. Enables me to check my pet is still in garden location and if not I can see roughly the area where my pet is. Does also allow someone who finds my pet to contact me.

Total and complete SCAM.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not respond to any emails, been trying for 6 months trying to cancel my subscription.

I got a free tag from Pawtag and paid for a year's subscription. Tested it out this morning by scanning my pet and it gave perfect information for contact 👍

The tag was sent super quickly and so easy to set up. It’s really nice to have something to fall back on if the regular tag falls off. Getting the alert and the exact location if the dog is found is absolutely great! Thankyou so much!

I have only set it up & trying it out it was Wonderful to see it work

For the past 2 months I am trying to cancel my 2x subscriptions I explained that tags are lost an can't send them back. After a month they stopped responding to my emails and keep charging me for subscription.
Honestly stay away, customer service doesn't exist as they keep sending this same email to contact their email address from which they send email from. Absolutely crazy.

Disgusting company. My dogs tag wore off after 6 months. I sent email after email requesting a new one. I was expected to pay shipping for their faulty product. They continued to debit my account monthy knowing this. It wasnt till I went into bank and stopped the payments that I heard from them. In my opinion dont bother. They dont care about nothing but your paymenrt.

So easy to get set up and gives me the peace of mind for my dog
