Great experience booking with this flight agent! They were helpful, responsive, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

The worst travel agency. If you can put up with total incompetence and a total disregard for customer service, then use this company. They Lure you installment payment and when you about travel they came to you a story about flight cancellation and offers you high price ticket on the same day and the same flight.

Please do not travel with pay leter ticket. I have had the worst experience of my life. They have the worst customer service team and they lie to you every time you will call them for help. No empathy for people. I was told that I will get my refund 2 months ago and since then I did not hear anything."

Sine last year i have been chasing my deposit back. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE SCAM.

The service we've received with Paylater.tickets has been exceptional. We were worried we would be scammed again, but Mike reassured that they were a genuine company. His helping us book a ticket for my sister in law who's flying in from Fiji to the UK. Thank you again Paylater tickets.

I contacted them on 1st Jan 2026 for a trip to UK on Feb 5th 2026. This is to bring our two kids from Fiji to the UK. Mike really helped us in making this trip a success. Even though it was just a one month payment, but with the payment plan he set out for us we made it here in UK now!! This is a first time I contacted their company and would do it again in the future. I’ve also recommended this great business to my families and friends. Great work indeed carried out by Mike! Being to Mike a 2nd time around looking for family and he outlined once again the plans which suited us to the Caribbean. Some minor changes to travel dates but all in all a great experience overall the 2nd time around. Easy contact via WhatsApp and always promptly addressed.
