The customer service is very excellent. I've been booked our family trip to Fiji for 3 times, and the price and customer service is very good.

Confusing people... 1st ticket came with it's own departure time.. 2nd ticket after finishing payment had a different departing time. I wrote them to ask. Then had a call from some very impolite and curt staff who was raising their voice in agitation. Never again!!!

I was skeptical at first , due to scams but I can honestly say this travel agency has assisted me well throughout the stressful process of acquiring flight tickets . Good, but can do better

Five star service from start till finish. Mike smith was really good with communication he was able to find me cheap deal which was accommodating to me and my 8 yr old son. I have used this service for so many years and I love the flexibility of payments plans as it helps with booking in advance.

My second time booking and trust me I felt very comfortable, my agent is very responsive and get bookings asap. They make the impossible possible. They are very reliable, trustworthy and every respectful. I will always give recommendations to book with paylater.
