Tried everything to help, cheap flight and instrumental payment, help with my monthly budget, great customer service, can't fault the company in any way, they are simply fantastic.

I would say to specify that once flights are booked with deposit you would not like dates to be changed as it’s happened before a few times. he is lenient with pay as you go payments as I missed a few but he allowed me to pay it back later, would book again. Recommend

My experience has been sooooo horid. I unfortunately payed £600 then £800 and looked at reviews afterwards when I should Have looked before and the reviews made me scared it was a scam so I asked for a refund baring in mind he did not make me aware that there is a refund payment policy, he took my whole £600 and had yet to even give me the £800 he claims to refund. I have created a huge dispute with my bank and I hope this company gets blacklisted to the fullest I will ensure to show this to my daughter who is an influencer and makes sure she blacklist this company in all of her social media platforms. How outrageous.

Due to my job this agency is very flexible and helpful in any situation. I have change my date couple of times but they still went their way to help. Thank you mike for the help......
