Fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Initially I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of changing but when I was presented with our personalised savings calculator and when I was assured that changing was easy (I had to do nothing except sign on the dotted line) I would have been a fool to say no! Great service from all departments that we've dealt with so far. They are always contactable with any questions I've had from setting up my terminal to assisting with the transfer from my old more expensive provider. In fact, no issues have been too much for them!
