Extremely disappointed
We contacted payment plus on the beginning of November month in advance of opening my little shop to get terminal from them. All they promised seemed to be a very good deal but than the marathon of phone calls and requests from them begun🙄you would want to hire secretary to deal with it. Eventually all got “sorted” contract signed and I been informed my terminals are on their way and I will receive them before Christmas for sure. Didn’t happen. When I contacted Payment Plus office in new year I been told there is one more document I need to submit so obviously there were no terminals on the way. Since than called the office every week just to be told I will get phone call back. Today I finally got the staff who was looking after me on the line just to be told that my application is idle as he couldn’t get trough to me to get me to confirm releasing of my terminals! No missed calls, no emails, no WhatsApp messages as I received before. Absolute waste of time and negative effect on my small business.
Update.12 days later and still no direct contact from Payment Plus

Great company to deal with, always resolves any queries on the same day.
I mainly deal with Louise and Kayleigh, they are very proactive and client focused.

Do not trust!
Please be very careful when dealing with this company. One of their employees told us one terms and conditions and gave us to sign completely different terms, and only when we have decided to cancel this agreement they told us that instead of 12 months contract we have 36!!! Do not trust any word they are saying. Do not sign anything digitally. Print and read very carefully everything they are sending you to sign.
